Very convenient location close to the coast. Lovely house and very clean and well presented from the outside. Very welcoming during my arrival, even helped carrying luggage up the stairs and gave me the Wi-Fi password for the internet. Room beautiful, clean and well maintained. Had two beds to choose from. Bathroom very clean! They had a hairdryer and even plug adaptors for european visitors.
I slept very well and there was even a hot water bottle, not that the house was cold, but I just happened to be there the one week of the summer it thought it was winter.
Breakfast was all one could ask for. Anything you liked and well cooked. The land lord, lady and her mother were all very nice and got to know them quite well. Like staying with friends Very safe accommodation for a 20 something year old to stay on her own. And good value for money.
Recommend it to anyone! Home from home.

Edmon house is fab. The owners are so kind and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are bright airy and modern and the whole building especially the bedrooms are clean and tidy absolutely no faults here well worth the money. Great value .

Stayed here after a long tiring journey up from Cornwall to catch the next day ferry home to Ireland. John and Debbie could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless, everything supplied and have no doubt if anything was missing, it wouldn't have been a problem to get it! We really were made to feel welcome in their home, and the wonderful Maureen (Mum) was the best entertaining company at breakfast next day. Would definitely go back, would definitely recommend it highly. First time I've ever left a review, but this couple so deserve positive feedback for their efforts. You won't be disappointed with a stay here, a far cry from the annonymous hotels dotted around the country!

Stayed with friends for 2 nigts on 16th & 17th July.. What can I say! Nothing was a problem and the service was brill. As previous reviews have stated there was a fridge in the room, and wine (and it our case) champagne glasses were also supplied. Plates and cutlery for midnight feasts were also supplied - nothing was too much trouble. Had front bedroom with balcony - handy for us smokers. Breakfast was large and cooked to perfection ---would definately stay again - hopefully in the near future!!!

Hubby and I went to Wales for Easter with our 2 year old busy little boy. We were really surprised at how much rest and sleep we got. The rooms at this delightful B&B are cosy and the house has a lot of charm. The breakfast was amazing and the service brilliant. Debbie even rung around for restaurants for us and gave us bubbly glasses and cutlery for our take away.
It feels like you are staying with friends and even the doggy little Bart is chilled and lovely. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. They also cater for people with dogs. The only small thing is to make sure you have cash or cheque as they only take that at the moment. Happy travels
