We went with another couple and our day was great. We enjoyed the lunch and each of the stops along the way. The hardest part of our day was finding a taxi driver that knew where the meeting location was. We swam, snorkeled, ate, drank, and soaked it all in on a great sailing trip.

We booked this because they are one of the number 1 catamaran tours in st Lucia. The boat picked us 4 up at our sandals resort on time at 10am, it's a large catamaran but it's a older one also. The crew Londie and Mark were great like A+ great!! We felt Safe the entire trip, they cooked for us on the boat and brought us drinks out of the front of the boat. The restaurant in Margo bay was great also. This is by far the best way to see the island and much safer than in a car. They took us all the way to the piton mountains, let us out to snorkel at a reef. We got back to Margot bay right as the sun set, Londie and Mark told us that captain Kevin would be our transport back to our resort, so we waited on the dock for Kevin for 10 minutes, I guess he was getting off another boat that was coming into dock. He finally showed up and said "follow me".Then in parking lot he said "wait right here", so we waited for him a few minutes, he pulls up in a van he got out let us in and did not say a word to us the entire 45 min trip back to our resort. He also drove like an idiot like most of them do on the way to the resort. It was a very awkward ride back at night thru the ghetto to our resort. If we come back again we will make sure we don't get Kevin as a boat captain or driver!

I traded emails with Ellie from Bateau Mygo for approximately two weeks before our cruise that included a day in St. Lucia. In the VERY FIRST email I stated the day and times we would be in St. Lucia. Due to work on both their side and my side it was a slow process, which I do not fault them for (I would email one day, they would reply the next, I would respond again the next, etc.). When we finally finished emailing the day before we were to arrive there, we were in full agreement and they were sending me information for the deposit. At this time Ellie asked "what day is this for?"! I was amazed that she could possibly be getting to the deposit process and was apparently not working from the date I had originally sent them. There is no possible way to agree to a tour when she isn't even sure what day we were agreeing to!! Sure enough, when I asked her to immediately confirm since it was the following day, she stated that they didn't have a boat available for us. I was infuriated and had to call her ship-to-shore to discuss as we were now a matter of hours away from arriving in the island, she had been working all along with me and never explained she didn't remember the date. When I called her she was very unapologetic and merely stated they had no available boats. When i stated that I had given her the date and pertinent information in the first email, her response was "I get tons of emails each day. I can't be expected to keep track of all of them." My response was "It's your job to keep track of them!". The concierge on our ship tried all night to get us another sailboat, but was unable to do so as it was the day before our arrival and there were no more sailboats available on the island. While others have said what a great tour they had with Bateau Mygot, sadly I cannot say the same as I never got the opportunity to experience it due to a severe lack of professionalism and ability to maintain basic organization while doing business.

This is the fifth year that we have sailed with bateau mygo chartered catamaran "splendor of the twin peaks". It has become the highlight of our Caribbean cruises
Starting with making your reservation with Ella and ending when you are dropped off back at the cruise dock you will be in for a memorable day. This year our group of ten was picked up promptly at 8:30 right at the cruise ship dock by captain Loundi and his mate Mark. The boat is yours for the day and the crew is there to please. Cold pitons,
Rum punch and a delightful selection of snacks are there for you as you sail along the coast towards the pitons. Several snorkeling stops and then you sail into Marigot bay for a sit down lunch at chateau mygo restaurant. You are truly in paradise (this is where doctor Doolittle was filmed) . A leisurely cruise back up the coast to Castries brings you back to the cruise ship and the end of a really remarkable day

My husband and I chartered Bateau Mygo for the day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We had a wonderful sail down to the pitons where we stopped for snorkeling and lunch on board (from Chateau Mygo). We had a second snorkeling stop where we were the only ones in the water! Throughout the day, Kevin (captain) and McQuinn (first mate) ensured we were happy at all times with an open bar and delicious snacks. The rum punch is delicious, but packs a wallop ;) As sailors ourselves, hubby sailed most of the way back himself.
