We loved this place. It really had WOW factor. The bar is surrounded by the vanishing edge pool and panoramic views. Beautiful open concept bar. Perfect place to watch the sunset but unfortunately when we went it was cloudy and there was no sunset. Darn. We ordered some mixed drinks which were very good and sushi for dinner. Sushi was pretty good but not out of this world. Maybe a 7 out of 10 in my books. But really...the view made up for the other 3 points in the food department. Decent sized portions, beautiful presentation and good for Anguilla standards. Not crazy expensive but pricey. The incredible views and atmosphere makes up for the few extra bucks you pay to be here. The servers were great and the Manager of the hotel came by to welcome us. He seemed like a nice guy. Very engaging and will be good for the hotel as he mentioned he just arrived 8 week ago. Live steel drum band was a nice touch.. Jazzy sort of house music also played before and after. All the "beautiful people" were there. I felt like we walked into the middle of a magazine shoot. We got there at 4:30 and left at around 8pm. It was buzzing until about 7:30ish and then seem to die down pretty quick. They were also playing a movie on the wall of the building.
Don't miss this place. LOVED it!!
