The restaurant food has been rather dull of late - although the service is always personal and extremely good, but the last time that we went it was very much improved and we had a very tasty meal indeed - and were superbly looked after as we always are. A very good wine list, and they are always anxious to see that you have everything you need.

Visiting the area where I was born, Mylor, this hotel is perfectly placed to visit many species spots, Truro for its cathedral, and superb shopping, the Pandora inn, for fish, Falmouth where a hundred or more dolphins were seen.
The hotel it's self is on a busy road but aircon and double glazing keep it quiet.
The restaurant is first class and all the staff go out of their way to ensure your delicious food is served piping hot.
We loved our very recent 2 night stay, visit and enjoy.

Room tip: Very old creaky, great atmosphere.

Stopped for breakfast at ten twenty in the morning for Breakfast Ordered straight away and our tea came within five minutes .At eleven o clock and despite several assurances and the tea was now cold,we had to leave without our food.. Very helpful waitress let down by poor kitchen..There were only about six customers in the pub whilst we were waiting.
