The Welcome hotel stays truthful to it's name. The staff are always smiling and happy to help out. You can clearly see that this is not a hotel chain, as the owners are always around and happy to have a chat and answer any queries, plus they give each customer the individual attention they may require.
I happened to be there over the period where they started to offer dinner at the hotel as well. I think this is a great improvement. After sampling a few of the dishes, I give them a thumbs up for this service.
The complimentary breakfast was substantial, and included fresh bakery products like brioche, croissants, donuts and cakes (I had to restrain myself a few times) as well as cold meats, cheeses, eggs,j ams, yogurts and a giant jar of nutella!!!
When I had a few hours off, I had the opportunity to sample the spa facilities as well. It offered me a perfect opportunity to relax!
All in all I found the hotel to be lovely, clean and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend it.More
