I have had the pleasure of staying in this exquisite representation of Historic Ontario's dignity, charm and warmhearted personality. The rooms are delightful, with huge clean beds, warm comforters, and amazing charm. Food and beverage service is superb. Try the fresh whitefish, the amazing salad selection, and the premiere deserts which Elena prepares with the knowledge and dedication of the island's actual internationally certified pastry chef. The real issue is the people. I stayed there in the winter of December 2010, as well as a few times in the summer and fall of previous years. In each instance, the feeling of being a family member, became instantly something to soak up and enjoy. These people, Sherin, Bob and the incredible Elena, are a dream team, providing a service which in unrivaled on the island. Thanks to each of this great family team of quality service providers.
