This hotel is perfect for chill down at the end of a long holiday, having spent 5 days in Rome this hotel really charmed us with its location and amenities. The pool side swimming pool was beautiful but incredibly cold lol, the food is lovely and nothing is too much trouble...we also joined in the catering culinary lesson and what a lovely day that was. The best 120 euros of the trip.

The owners have a beautiful and pleasant hotel, yes the indoor pool is open to the public, but so what, our Hotel pool outside is for hotel guests and beautiful to sit around sipping ice cold cocktails

We will definitely return

Room tip: ask for a sea balconey

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my family in august. This hotel is awesome it has a really good view specially with breakfast. But what made me really happy is the service which was perfect and they were really friendly and nice. The only “bad” thing was in that hotel is the internet service and the swimming pool if it could be less crowded would be better. But overall I would come back to that hotel.

I only visited the pool facilities which are available to the public.
This pool is a little out of the way but if you are staying at the Hotel Poseidon it is walkable. It is a very large pool with ample changing faciities. The staff are very helpful and it is good value.
Very nice view over the bay of Naples overlooking Capri.
Recommend.

My sister and I thought this was a very pleasant hotel. We were surprised to read other negative reviews. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and they could all speak reasonable English. We especially liked the older guy on reception who we had a good chuckle with every day when we tried to make ourselves understood (we don't speak any Italian)! Any small problems we had - e.g. our balcony door didn't close easily - were attended to speedily.

The facilities at the hotel were good. There is a choice of four pools and a private beach. There is a bar and a restaurant which both overlook the Bay of Naples and the pools. The breakfast buffet wasn't extensive but there was enough to choose from. If we wanted anything extra or different staff were very accommodating. One morning we asked for an omelette which wasn't on the menu and the chef made one for us.

There are two small town centres with shops, bars and a station - each about twenty minutes walk away. Taxis to and from these centres cost 10 Euros each way.

The swimming pool is a public pool, hotel guest have no benefits therefore extremely crowdy. Only one of the staff could speak English. Rest of staff seems rather incompetent and not client orientated, except for ladies at breakfast. This is definitely no 4 star place. Therefore money for value non existant. Restaurant avarage at best. Accommodation rather dated, need some serious renovations, showers, toilets and air conditioning. Not a neighborhood that we will recommend. Wifi is really bad.
