We stayed at Explora Atacama years ago and always wanted to come back to Torres Del Paine at Explora Patagonia. It's ideal to arrive at Puerto Natales if you can, for a much shorter ride to the hotel. You could not get a better location right in front of the massif. The Explora guides are great and the food was good. We were transported by Explora to our hotel at El Calafate at the end of our stay which is a 7 hour ride. Explora Patagonia is well run and well worth travelling to the end of the earth for.

Room tip: I am sure all rooms are great.

Explora Patagonia has a stunning location! Their staff is warm and attentive and they have fantastic professional guides. Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children ranging from 11-15) thoroughly enjoyed hiking and horse-back riding - highlights were Grey Glacier, French Valley, Alto del Toro and Base Torres. Great food, nice common area - fabulous place to spend time with family & friends!

Dear traveler,

We hope you had a safe return home. We deeply thank you for taking the time to write such a favorable comment. We made our best to help you enjoy your stay and we are happy to learn that we succeeded.

We would be happy to have you back or for you to live the explora experience in some of our other destinations, like explora El Chaltén, which is opening on October 2020 in the Argentinian Patagonia.

Sincerely,

Explora Team.

A great experience. How wonderful not to have to worry about a thing once they pick you up. The guides were excellent, the scenery magnificent. Not a single television on the property and we didn’t miss it at all! Hope to return to another Explora property soon.

This was our second time at an Explora property. The same high value driven customer service and amazing staff. Wish we could have stayed forever or longer but we had to get back to reality of life. Thank you everyone for making this trip a once in a lifetime experience. We will remember for a very long time. The guides, the food, the wait staff...everyone was so pleasant.

Room tip: All rooms have great views of the lake and mountains. The 50's are set at the highest level on the property - best views.

Totally AWESOME!!! You couldn't possibly go to a more dramatically beautiful place with amazingly warm and welcoming super friendly staff. Marisol the guest relations manager was brilliant at her job and Chris the guide was a totally great human being....but all the staff were TOP!!!

Room tip: The beds and the soaking baths were wonderful!
