This hotel is just outside the park at the confluence of the Rio Serrano and Rio Grey. Lodge like accommodations. Great bed and linens. Fantastic breakfast. Just a short drive to the wonders of the park. Multi-lingual staff.

Room tip: Ask for a view of the towers.

Very nice rooms with very helpful staff. Food was buffet street style with plenty of options. Fabulous desserts. Sit in the sun on the patio with a cappacino and enjoy the changing light on the mountains.

Dear Guest:

Thank you so much for your opinion. Truly, watching the sun fall in front of the Paine massif is a spectacle.

Greetings from Patagonia.

This modern hotel is situated in a village just outside the national park.

The whole hotel is geared to maximise the glorious view of the massif and what a view. The room was modern and comfortable with a large picture window.

The restaurant is large and ok. There is little competiton nearby.
Dinner and breakfast were adequate.

As a base to explore this beautiful area it was perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of February after we hiked the w trail, we are in are early 30's too. The views where beautiful, the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms where nothing exciting, just a room with two or three beds. And a bathroom, and a shower that doesnt drain. But honestly after hiking for five days and camping in the refugios(camp sites) I was not too concerned. Just happy to have a hot shower every night. I would of given it five stars but the food was terrible. I wish I could taken a picture of the scrambled eggs, they looked like watery grits, with burnt scraped brown spots. Super gross. They had a nice cold selection of of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries. But but after three days of eating the same thing it starts to disappoint. Thanks to the awesome bartender we were able to keep our sanity (forgot his name but I know he was from Peru). He must of created like ten different types of pisco sours, for me. He definitely made our experience a lot better. Honestly the whole staff was friendly and extremely helpful. If i had to go back I would only stay for a two nights instead of three. on their web site they advertise a jacuzzi and spa. There is no jacuzzi or pool, its false advertisement, its in the future makings, so heads up on that. I think if you just want piece and quiet and nothing else this is the place for you.

Dear Guest;
Thank you so much for your opinion.

We are working on improving our menu for this new season. We already passed your congratulations to David, our bartender. Our team knows that their experience is unique so we try to exceed their expectations whenever we can.
Just to mention, even though we already have photos of our spa on the hotel page these are only for reference as this opens in September 2017.

We hope to see you again in Patagonia

Everyone at this hotel made our experience an excellent one. The day we arrived we had a flat tire and my husband had had a back spasm which caused a terrible fall. We were tired and feeling defeated. The staff made every effort to help us from bringing our luggage to our room to finding someone to repair our tire. The restaurant staff accommodated dietary restrictions. Everyone at the hotel made our three day stay as pleasant as possible.
