Are you finding yourself in the position where you are lucky enough to find a room available here? Book it! We booked this hotel after only looking online for a minute, but we were very happy with it, and we got a great price! The room is very spacious, everything you need is there, and it feels like home! There is a restaurant in the hotel, it's very quiet, yet, within 1 minute walking you have a bank (atm +moneygram etc), restaurants, a bus station, market, shops, ... We had a room with balcony, and the sunsets are beautiful. For us it was the perfect place to rest after traveling for 2 years. The friendly boys and girls from the kitchen, cleaning-department, and reception are doing a very good job! Highly recommend this place to everyone who needs to be in Pakse. The staff speaks English, Thai, Lao, and maybe even other languages I don't know about!

From what I understand, the owners are operating a dorm for 18 Lao students here and giving some of them a work opportunity, and that’s great.

However, there wasn’t much evidence of thorough training, and almost no advertised services were consistently available. Want to rent a motorbike? Don’t mind the sign here, you’ve gotta go to a nearby shop. Want a bus ticket? Don’t mind the sign, you have to go to a travel agent. Want to eat food some time after breakfast (only available 6-930 or so)? Don’t mind the entire Japanese menu, it’s only available for random short periods of time in the day not mentioned anywhere in the place, and don’t even think you can eat dinner there!

Unfortunately, the kids working there just weren’t able to help with anything meaningful that a traveler might need help with. Might be better if this place didn’t masquerade as a hotel and just focused entirely on being a charity.

Fantastic value for money and an excellent stay. The staff are super friendly and always smiling and willing to help, which is very important for travellers. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The cleaning staff do an excellent job in their daily cleaning. The chef is great and the food is excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. I genuinely cannot find a fault with the hotel. Many thanks for a great stay!

We stayed two night in the upper floor double bed room and we're quite happy. The room is big, has air-conditioning and hot water, comes with fridge, TV and safe.

We dined there as we had a room at this hotel. By the way, the hotel is GREAT and deserves a 5 star review ! So quiet and comfy. :-)
Their Japanese specialties are yummy. Only reason why I don't give 5 stars is that they don't speak a single word of English (even at the reception of the hotel)... That's a pity. :-(
