sitting on the terrace looking over the harbour in Tobermory is lovely, the chap serving was certainly kept busy but he was no less attentive to each table.

The Fish and Chips were good, a couple of pieces of white fish (not sure what it actually was) was very tasty and good chips were served with it.

Nice place, nice food, nice atmosphere ,cheery chap server.

Understandably this restaurant is situated in the heart of a popular tourist destination, so a bit of price gouging was expected. However, the items we ordered were very much lack in portion. The "Shrimp in a basket" came with 5 tiny fried shrimps that looked (and tasted) like ones from the frozen food section. The drinks came in the smallest possible size. The fish taco was good, but for $7 (w/ guacamole) it was the size of a breakfast burrito. There are better places to spend your money.

I had never had a fish taco before, and this was a great time to try. the fish was lightly battered and not heavy. Lots of sauce and coleslaw to fill. My hubby had the two piece fish and there were plenty of fries, the atmosphere was friendly and they were very quick with the order, even though we were served before a bus load of children came in. would definitely return again on another visit to Tobermory

Excellent and super fresh White fish "fish & chips" - 2 lightly battered pieces and a generous amount of good fries served up in a paper lined basket for just under 11 $; however, you pay extra for hot sauce ( $ 1.25 !) as well as for coleslaw. Other sides such as guacamole are downright pricey. Tarter sauce is Kraft's pre-packaged and you only get 1 per person ! My husband loved that he could get his beloved Sleeman's Honey brown on tap ( 4 of us shared a 60 oz pitcher for 20 $). Can't beat the location right on the harbour front and with an awesome patio one can dine outside weather permitting. Huge patio heaters were placed indoors - would have been better on the patio ! Service is very slow and our server was particularly "distracted" but the general atmosphere is so pleasant, the food good and the price is right so we didn't mind much.

Service was slow. Fish and chips were OK and to their credit they had a gluten free option. However, the fish tacos, which they claim to be famous for, we're not good at all. The fish was mushy and not particularly warm, and the portion was small given the price. To top it off, they wanted to charge $1.25 for hot sauce!!! I will not go back.
