The property is clean and comfortable, centrally located in a quaint, friendly village within a minute's walk of supermarket, boulangerie, boucherie, pizza restaurant and tabac. There is no parking at the property, apart from loading/unloading, but plenty parking nearby.
The property is on three floors with fairly open steps between them so is unsuitable for the young or infirm.
The propietrix is extremely friendly and helpful and provides loads of information and a brilliant welcome pack. Her English is about the same standard as the average teenager's French but we got by very well on our school French.
Beaches are 5-10 minutes drive away and there's no problem parking.
Montpellier is 20-30 minutes away and Satnav makes it very easy to find your way around, Sete is also easy to get to and we didn't have any problem finding parking, albeit at a cost of around 3 to 5 euros.
We enjoyed the local feel and frenchness of it all and if you like that then you will enjoy this property. If you're looking for beach parties, or any sort of wild nightlife then this probably isn't for you.
