We had a morning private snorkeling tour as neither of us were experienced at snorkeling or very strong swimmers. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Fabien was outstanding. He has been at Bora Bora for 24 years and could not have done enough for us to make sure that we had a great morning. The morning tours are best, especially if you want to see Manta Rays. We were lucky enough to see a group of 4 Manta Rays followed by a large school of spotted eagle rays before going to the coral gardens and the "aquarium". Fabien provided a flotation device on a rope and my wife floated on this which was really appreciated. The boat was very very comfortable and the snorkeling equipment of a high standard. Fabien provided morning tea and cold water. He told great stories throughout the morning. I highly recommend this tour.

Fabien was an excellent guide and knows where excellent snorkeling is located. We stopped in 4 locations and saw Manta and Eagle Rays (a group of 35 Eagle Rays!), Octopus, Moray Eel, the colorful clams, pretty much all of the fish you would/could see. It was a fun morning and was the highlight of the trip! We talked with divers after the tour and we saw more than they did. Excellent!

Many thanks to our tour guide Vehi! We had a party of 6 ppl. for the 8:20 am tour. We were so lucky to have seen Manta Rays swimming, he said there was a 50/50 chance of seeing them...words can’t say enough but WOW and AMAZING!! A once in a lifetime experience. Then headed out to the coral reef garden (my hubby’s favorite part of the tour), the colors are so vibrant and beautiful he could spend hours just looking at them. Then headed to another area where there were an abundance of fishes and the famous “I Love Bora Bora” sign at the bottom the ocean. Last but not least the Sharks and Stingrays, as people were saying in the forum they keep their distance, that was an amazing experience! He went actually over the 2 hours that was scheduled and he never rushed us, without even realizing it. Provided snack and drinks which was needed after all that adventure. As I write this review sitting at our deck of our bungalow I see Vehi passing by with his boat coming back from his 1:00 pm tour waving 👋🏼! I Highly highly recommend him and his tour, can’t thank you enough of your hospitality...thank you again and again Vehi!
