Nice, clean, Unexpectedly good food for a three star hotel.
- Free Wifi
- Free Parking
Our room was very poor but, when we spoke to other guests, we realized that we were even lucky! There are rooms which are under ground level, full of mould, smelly, etc.
The food is bad, very bad. It is prepared in Athena Pallas Village, so it is not really fresh. I think it is from previous day.
There was not a single drop of hot water.
I will definitely look for another accomodation next year.
We have just returned from an 18 day stay at the Lily Ann Village. The hotel was excellent - comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a lovely pool set in a paved pool area and surrounding garden, which were all constantly maintained by the maintenance man. There are very few hotels in the areas with pools, so if you want a nice pool this is definitely the place to choose. The hot and cold breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and there was plenty of food no matter how late you turn up. Towels and sheets were changed twice a week and rooms cleaned every day. Staff were very attentive - the only problem we had was with our toilet flush - which was fixed by the maintenance man within 10 minutes of reporting it. Hotel is located on the edge of Nikiti village - a five minute stroll to the beach, shops and tavernas. Nikiti was perfect for us - not too noisy but quite busy in the evenings, and quiet during the day. Nikiti's beach is pleasant enough, and there are some excellent beaches within a ten minute drive. Hotel clients were mostly Greek (as on the whole of Sithonia peninsula) so this is not the place to go if you want to be surrounded by Brits (which we did not). We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, particularly to couples or groups of friends.
I did not find any reviews of this hotel on the internet so I feared it will not be as good as the 3* would indicate. As we arrived there we were pleasant surprised as the Services were excellent. The morning buffet is very good and the rooms are clean. The pool is right in the middle of the complex (3 story high buildings). The beaches in Nikiti are quite narrow and you have to walk on stones for the 10 m of the sea. The air conditioning can be used only starting with july, so as we stayed there in june we couldn't use it; There are lots of beaches in the area and you can have a great time visiting them all. There is also another Hotel : 'LILY ANN Beach Hotel' but it's in a remote location, far away from any village. Our hotel was right in the village so we had a lot of restaruants to chose from.
