How different was that?! Four of us went along to stay at the Three Ways Hotel and to join about 70 others for the Pudding Club. The rooms are clean and functional although slightly dated - but our room (The Sticky Toffee Pudding Room) was great fun. Don't visit if what you are looking for is the impersonal chain hotel type of room ... these are really different. We can highly recommend the Pudding Club as a fun evening with great puddings. How people were able to eat them all and then go back for seconds, I'll never know! The staff were friendly and the hotel a real delight. Even if you aren't going for the Pudding Club event, it would be an enjoyable place to stay. Not too far from Stratford-on-Avon which also gives you something to go and see. A fun evening!

Room Tip: If you are going for a special occasion, try and stretch to have one of the 'pudding' rooms...

This is just a fantastic place...friendly, helpful staff and great food. If you're exploring the Cotswolds it provides a good base location to travel to other towns. Get you're reservations in early to participate in The Pudding Club...A gourmet sampling of many traditional puddings...a must do!

This is an amazing experience. An evening of wonderful entertainment including the famous puddings. Can highly recommend this fun night out, include an overnight stay and the breakfast is amazing. Bit expensive but this was a gift so enjoyed an exclusive freebie.

Room Tip: We were unfortunate in our choice of room, the noise from adjoining rooms was quite irritating.

We were persuaded to visit Mickleton and the famous pudding club by frIends who had been several times before.
The evening was an expensive one but it is a really fun night, although you sit on long tables, so need to be prepared to chat to strangers as well as your own party. Luckily we were seated with a good crowd and all got on well. After a small main course, you are invited to taste as many of the seven puddings on offer as you want to - the record stood at 25 servings when we were there!! Although some were disappointing ( the Eton Mess was the worst I have ever eaten), most were excellent and we struggled to try them all. Tea & coffee was served afterwards, whilst we all voted for our favourite of the night - Jam roly-poly won this weekend!!

A lovely hotel in a fantastic setting, the food is second to none and staff are helpful. Some elements of the rooms are a little dated, I will never understand why hotels ruin the guest rooms with mouldy bathrooms that always have the ubiquitous " hair" in the bath/shower or sink. All thats needed is some more thought and this could be a perfect little hideaway! - re vamped bathrooms please!

Room Tip: There are suits which are wonderful, maybe try for a bargin out of high season upgrade??

Excellent weekend, expensive but worth the money.
The staff gave a first class service (better than some so called 5 star hotels) and could not have been more helpful and with a smile. Enjoy the pudding night it was great fun but be warned starve yourself before attending as you will be better off with a empty stomach.
You can eat as puddings as you like but best go for the ones you like first as they have a tendacy to creep up on you and before you know it you cannot eat any more. We eat 7 puddings the full menu but some only manage 5.

I stayed most of a week here with a group of hikers. The room was comfortable, the staff was very efficient and accommodating, and the food was excellent! The hotel is located in a charming Cotswold village. Although the building is very old, it has been tastefully brought up to modern standards of comfort and convenience. I loved my time there, and would recommend it to anyone.
