Stayed for one night while driving down to the south west of France. Nick and Izzy were great hosts, the house was beautiful and the drinks and meal were fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone passing through this area

I stayed with friends here for 4 nights, whilst attending the annual wine walk. Isobel, Nick and Greg are brilliant hosts. Extremely warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble, food is extremely good. If only they could have fixed the weather. I must not forget Tinker the dog, he is gorgeous.

We drove down to Salleles for the annual wine walk, the Sentier Gourmand, a 6km walk through the vineyards of the La Clape district stopping at 6 stations where a course of the meal was served at each and several wines were available to taste - about 45 in all on the walk.
Staying at les voletes bleus was a great pleasure. We have stayed before and the welcome was wonderful and the food good with several of us around the table in the evening.
I would recommend staying here. The situation is stunning by the canal which connects with the canal du midi. There is great walking and cycling available.

We stayed for 3 nights in April and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners Isobel. Nick and Greg could not have made us more welcome and even let me take their dog Tinka for a walk along the canal! The house itself is delightful and is right opposite the Canal du Robin. We stayed in a massive room on the first floor with an equally massive bathroom and seperate dressing room overlooking the canal. We particularly enjoyed the evening meals which Isobel, who is a fantastic cook, prepared and everyone sits together at a large table and enjoys some convivial chat and lots of wine! The owners are brilliant at telling you what to visit and where to eat which was much appreciated, In fact their is a really great restaurant just round the corner Les Ecluses which I done a seperate revue on. We are hoping to visit again next year and join one of their wine walks which should quite an experience!

Room Tip: Choose the large room on first floor overlooking the canal.

My Mom, sister and I had a fantastic stay in this gem of a B&B. An old vintner's mansion that sits canalside, it is absolutely charming. It is well located for visits along the canal and tastings through wine country. As noted in other reviews, Greg, Nick and Isobel are fantastic hosts and our dinner was one of the most fun nights we had during our trip to the region. Food was excellent and the wine was abundant! It was a very memorable experience for us and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 6 nights in November, not really expecting good weather but very lucky to pass 5 days of sunshine.

When we arrived our plans for the days were not possible due to the area being unfortunately flooded but the information in the hall and the wililngness of the hosts to make sure we had a nice holdiay soon sorted out other attractions which we were able to enjoy.

Our room was large, spotless comfortable and warm. The bed was very comfortable, so much so that we did not wake the next morning until way after breakfast, but still it was no problem.

The stay here, with Izzy Greg and Mike, will be remembered by us for a long time, see you again. Best wishes

Room Tip: We had the fitou room that overloooked the canal, it was very comfortable.
