Going around in Tuscany I’ve run into this Residence: a wonderful, really pleasant place! The apartments are spacious and really well maintained, the same for the garden all around and for the pool. Very nice and professional the owners . It’s a perfect place to have some rest after visiting the beautiful cities in the nearby. I can really recommend it to everybody, I’m really enthusiastic about it.

Although the owners speak little English they made every effort to help us with appliances etc.
The large rooms are ideal for a stay of more than one night.
Most of our tours were by bus which left from the Residence but restaurants, crystal shops and a wonderful Museum are only a10 minute walk away.
The beautiful gardens, swimming pool and the peacefulness of a rural setting made our stay a highlight of my Tuscan experience.

Room Tip: There are stairs so ask for a ground level room

For four years I have stayed with my groups of Australian women walkers (www.valentinetravel.com) at this magnificent Residence on the outskirts of the mediaeval part of Colle Val D'Elsa. The Residence is divided into ten separate apartments and thus, by booking several apartments, a group can be together and yet have some private space. The old building has been elegantly restored. The lawns, swimming pool and outdoor spaces create a feeling of peace and calm. One has here the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the countryside and yet the proximity to the old town with its restaurants, crystal shops and wonderful architecture. The owners, Ilaria and Enrica, are charming and helpful and are always very welcoming.

We have stayed here many times and recommended it to all our friends.
It is an authentic Italian village with very few tourists and retains its perfect balance of originality and modern facilities.
The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are professional and always friendly and ready to help when needed.
One of the main advantages of Tana de' Lepri is in its location situated within an easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and points of interest.
We are staying there again this year and always look forward to the experience.

Room Tip: Each apartment has its own unique character.

we visited tana de l' epri several times and are always impressed by the hospitality, the nice apartment, the wonderful garden and by our hostesses Ilaria e enrica.
Always a warm welcome.
The apartment is very nice. The bathroom is wonderful.
In the garden is plenty of space to sit down in privacy. And always nice is a swim in the swimming pool.
I can l'strongly recommend tana de l'epri.
A very nice place for a very nice holiday

The residence has a great location in the chianti region. The whole structure is wonderful: a magnificent garden and a very beautiful ancient building. Our apartment was really nice: perfectly clean and furnished in an old fashioned Tuscany-country-style, very cozy and with everything you need inside! Plus, the owners are really nice people and the prices are reasonable!! I hope I’ll be back there ,soon or later!
