“Great sight but the fall was just a trickle”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

four out of seven falls had practically died up and the other three were just a trickle -not the mighty gush of water one would expect . the view was nice though . this was at the beginning of monsoon in june so it was water everywhere except for the falls . visit this place preferably during or after the monsoons

“One of the main attractions of Sohra”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2013

The Noh-Sngi thiang or Seven Sister Waterfalls or Mawsmai Falls is not the same as it was 20 years back, ever since the check / retention dam was constructed on the top. However it still is one of the major attractions of Sohra, even with the much smaller flow.

“Seven Sister's Falls of Cherapunjee”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2013

Amazing view, on the highway, a beautiful view of the waterfalls. You will find lot of vendors selling tea and steaming hot maggie noodles. It was raining and everything looked beautiful.
