We felt welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Essential oil diffusers gave each room a unique relaxing fragrance and the furnishings have a luxurious feel. The three guest rooms share a bathroom & toilet and we had our choice of rooms as the 3rd room was vacant.
We wanted a relaxing weekend away and that's exactly what we got. There was plenty of lovely places around the garden where we could read or chat. There are animals (ducks, chickens, lambs, a pig, a parrot and a very friendly dog) so it has the feel of a little farm. We had our teenage daughter with us and she loved the pinball machine and the arcade games. There are also plenty of board games and a TV in each room so there is no shortage of things to do.
Brad was very hospitable and is great company but also careful not to intrude on your peace. When we got home on Saturday evening he had the chiminea burning for us and the hot tub ready so that we could enjoy sitting out under the stars. On Sunday evening we had a delicious home cooked meal which was much better that the food at the Seabird Tavern. I would highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing weekend away from Perth. The Floatarium was the icing on the cake for me - bliss! (but don't forget to put in earplugs - I had crackly ears for a few days afterwards!
An overwhelming unexpected high quality of attention. Brad and Annie went beyond and over to make our stay unbelievably pleasant. The best thing was the kids were able to feed the chickens, goat and sheeps.
Rooms were clean and cozy with all the perks. Top quality made with fresh ingredients from their own harvest made on time by Brad. Everyone was satisfied with the breakfast and yet Annie offered toast and coffee to those who were still keen to get some extra fuel for the day.
What about the jacuzzi and the entertainment arcade room? Cherry on top!
I rate this B&B 6*+!
We booked for one night complete with dinner, bed & breakfast with a float session for each of us. Bed & Breakfast $135 for two, dinner & aperitifs $25 - great value, float session for guests $50 per head. We loved chatting to our hosts outside around the ceramic wood fired heater with sparks shooting upwards to the starry sky.. Outdoor spa also standing by. Games room, gardens. Set on 5 acres. Brad's wonderful omelet for breakfast with fresh juices tea and coffee. Nothing is too much trouble. Great spot to stay if you want to visit the Gravity Discovery Centre and Observatory at Gingin or the monastery town of New Norcia. We continued up to the Pinnacles. Guilderton beach and Moore River inlet is also nearby and very attractive
