Prior to our holiday I looked at all the recommendations for this hotel and are pleased that all good reports are/were not unfounded.
From first entering the building to waving cheerio the service was first class. Its a family run business and it shows with the friendly attitude and service. We emailed prior to leaving and asked for a 1 bedroom bungalow with a pool-view to which they complied as a road-facing accommodation can be a bit noisy as per other advisor's information... but the piece de resistance was literally the restaurant run by Tasos and his wife Paula, the food was excellent and compared very favourably with all the eatery's down on the 'strip' near the beach. His memory for his customer names is amazing which adds to the ambience of your visit.
all in all a very worthwhile last minute booking

Room Tip: Again, try and email Tasos and they will do their best to 'accommodate' your request for poo...

Stayed 20th - 27th Oct 2013 & arrived after midnight & told restaurant still open. Went up to room to leave cases freshen up so we could get a coffee & water. The door would not lock, we tried several times. Informed reception who said it is safe & will tell manager in morning! & that no-one could come into hotel past him during the night. I told him what about other guests ? We had to move furniture in front of door during the night & nnot much sleep was had.
Told rep. in morning & asked for complaint form & she said ok & it was really terrible. Rec. said it will be fixed am. We felt we had to stay by pool to keep checking our belongings left in room. By late afternoon was still not locking but rec. said it was fixed but will send someone again. We waited in room till they came & said its ok. Explained the locking handle was still wobbling & not attached to the door properly so will not lock ! He tried to open by pushing with finger tips & said see locked ! told him to try handle without key & it opened. He tried several times & hey guess what he could get into the room easy ! He fiddled around with mini tools on a key ring & said its ok now. Told him it wasnt as still slack & coming away from door. Eventually after approx. 18 hours mended !
Rep. was told next day what had happened, again she said it was bad, said I was still waiting for complaint form.
Few days later remined her again !
On departure I told her she still had not given me the form, she asked if I still wanted one & she could also log the problem. Asked her had she not logged it yet ! & dont bother I will contact head office on return !
Pros. good size apartment
cleaners great
reasonable restaurant prices ( although didnt use much)
friendly staff
location
Cons.SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!! see above
towels reserving sunbeds ( saw people coming down in pj's & not using for hours )

Booked this on the strength of previous reviews and was not disappointed. The main block overlooks a main road on three floors and there are seven "bungalows" at the back separated from the main block by the swimming pool and poolside bar. Each bungalow has four apartments with two up /down and surrounded by trees and bushes.I requested a high floor/pool view and was allocated bungalow 4 room 262. On the positive I found them extremely quiet at night and the trees offered a degree of privacy when on the balcony but could restrict the view and sunlight. We stayed 20-27th. October and arrived just after midnight with quite a few other groups. Check in was efficient and each group was met by Tasos who runs the restaurant/bars. He pointed each group to their room and the bar restaurant which was still open. We were hungry so after dropping cases off in room it was straight to the restaurant where all the staff were on duty. I ordered a pint of Keo 2.60 euro and the daily special Lasange 6.50 euro. I enjoyed the food and after a good nights sleep enjoyed the full english breakfast for 5 euro.I found the apartments very clean and seviced most days with bedding changed once and four lots of clean towels!.The pool area and poolside bar were all clean and tidy and was always able to get a sunbed whatever time of day. For self catering there is a Lidl supermarket along the road, left out of apartments past traffic lights approx. 5-600 metres on the right. The apartments although located at one end of the main strip are not too far from fig tree bay for beach lovers. I think the only thing missing would be a play area for the younger children. Finally the weather was unbroken sunshine all week and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Andreotis.

Brilliant hotel but shame about the location.
Excellent hotel and all the staff made you feel welcome when you arrived and the rooms were spacious and the pool is a decent size.
Can't complain about the food and for big portions it is good on price .
Overall a fantastic hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool side room

A well appointed apartment, everything needed for a leisurely holiday. We had room 312 at front of hotel, a one bedroomed ap't, The lounge side had a single bed/sofa and kitchen dinette combined. The bathroom was a decent size the usual for Cyprus/Greece could have done with a shelf to put toiletries on but no problem. Very clean, bins emptied every day towels every two days and linen changed twice during our week stay. The food in the hotel was very good and extremely well priced. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive with no exceptions. Pool area was comfortable and no 'fighting' for sunbeds. 5 min's walk into the centre or beach area. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just returned from our second stay at the andreotis and we couldnt fault it at all, from the welcome late at night from the lovely tasos who waits up to greet guests no matter what time they arrive to the room, food, cleanliness and general helpfullness of all who work there.Having eaten there every night on our last stay we thought we would try somewhere else on our first nite what a mistake!! an overpriced poor quality disaster at Promises on the strip needless to say we ate at the andreotis every nite thereafter and always had a good meal.We met some lovely people who added to the enjoyment. Wer now looking to book again next year thankyou tasos, paula and the rest of your wonderful team for making our hols excellent see you next year love leanne and carol
