We stayed here for one week last year September. Half board. When we arrived
we had to stay for one night in a nearby hotel. The manager told us that they had problems with the sewage system. I think the hotel was overbooked.
The next day we got a very nice room on the highest floor. A spacious room and bath area. A Big bed with a comfy mattress and pillow. Good working aircon. There is a closet for your clothes. Renting the safe and/ or the fridge is optional.
The big balcony is overlooking the Fig Tree bay. There is a reasonable sized pool. Which we did not use, because there is a lovely beach. Just two minutes walking from the hotel.

Every moning you can enjoy a rich breakfast. Dinner is also very good. Lots of dishes. Different kinds of meat, pastas, salads and deserts. For the drinks you have to pay.The majority of guest during our stay came from Great Brittain, Scandinavia, and the Netherlands. Just a few from Russia.
The staff is Always nice, friendly and helpful.
There is one thing that this hotel is missing. That is a computor with free internet in the hallway. On checking out i said this to the manager.
The Hotel is in a side road from the main road. Next to it there is a convenience store. Accros from the hotel there is a small coffeeshop that sells very good coffee, cappuccino and small cakes.
If ever i am in Protaras again, i will stay here again.

this hotel was lovely, we stayed a week half board. room 418 top floor. every night was a themed night for food. Asian was really good, breakfast had plenty of choice. the rep, was excellent, this hotel was in an ideal spot, close to the beach near to the strip but no noise at all. pool was very clean as was the bar with quiet music. this hotel is ideal for older people or families with very young children

Room Tip: i think refurbishment has taken place as the rooms on the 4th floor seemed very modern & up to date

The location of this hotel is excellent. Fig Tree Bay Beach is superb. We did have a few issues during our two week stay but these were rectified within days. We had paid for a superior top floor room with an extra large balcony and although the room was lovely and had all the facilities we did not get an extra large balcony, but what we had was adequate. There was obviously problems with the plumbing at the hotel as the toilet cistern did not work correctly and on one occasion there was no water at all. The hotel staff did their best to rectify these issues as soon as they could.

Lovely family run hotel and they were more than happy to help with any problems, couldn't do enough for you.

Food was good with plenty of choice but the menu is repetitive if you are there for two weeks.

Only thing I would suggest for this hotel is to have a better communal area by the bar in the evenings for residents that don't want to go to the bars on the strip, there should be a more sociable, comfortable seating area to encourage residents to enjoy a night at the hotel with other residents.

All the staff that we met were lovely and friendly.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and can't wait to go back again.

Room Tip: Sea view, superior rooms

Stayed here end of June for 10 nights H/B and had a fab time .I had booked a superior room on the top floor (410) and was worth every penny air-con, safe fridge wifi all included..room was very modern and spotless lovely glass balcony, maids in every day cleaning with fresh towels.Breakfast and evening meals were buffet lots of choices in the morning for even the fussiest of people .Every night it was a different theme again with lots of choices staff very friendly and nothing was to much trouble . Hotel is situated about 100m from fig tee bay and the same to the main strip..Great pool spotless plenty beds BUT people were very selfish putting towels on them first thing and then not using them until the afternoon .Hotel need to deal with this issue .Pool bar great with plenty choices of food and drink staff very friendly .Cant praise this family run hotel enough from the cleaners to the owners who were all so warm and friendly.FAB hotel will be returning soon.

Room Tip: mountain view room gets the sun in the afternoon
