I stayed here 1st august - 15th and had a really good time. Nice hotel and great staff. Alex and Theo, barmen, were a laugh and Amanda, the entertainer, was great. Made the days and nights really good fun with different actvities, worked really hard to get people up and doing things and was great to chat to. People moaning that there wasn't enough to do obviously didnt get involved! also nona who helped out in evenings was the same. The food was 3* like you'd expect wasn't amazing but not awful. I'd reccommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't expect to get 5* when your paying for 3. Value for money.

We booked our holiday to Cyprus, 1 week all inclusive as a group of 4 friends, (2 couples). The hotel is a bit dated, so what! It's only for sleeping and getting ready in. We had an AMAZING time!! The pool is big, loved the pool bar! I'm quite fussy with food but there was plenty to choose from and we did treat ourselves to a few meals out. Theres a brilliant restaraunt on the beach front called 'Vienna Marie' - totally recommend it! The evening entertainment in the hotel was a bit dodgy but our group livened the place up and had a great time! (A holiday's what you make it!) Being all inclusive, we made the most of the unlimited drinks then went along the strip which is right out the back of the hotel! 'Belles Bar' and 'Boogies' are great clubs!! Play really good music! The staff are SO SO lovely and friendly at the hotel, especially Theo, Ava and Marreck!! Best service i've ever had in a 3* hotel. They couldnt do enough for you! Literally have nothing to complain about and we would all LOVE to go back! Don't hesitate to book here at all. Don't listen to the bad reviews, those people must be used to 5* hotels! It's a relaxing and fun hotel! Enjoy your holiday!!

Room Tip: Get a pool view! We had a room at the the front of the hotel with no nice view.

Stayed at the Antigoni between 1st August-16th August. On arrival the hotel was clean and tidy with a friendly greeting at reception. The rooms are well air conned and plenty of room. Although corridor floors and ceilings are badly stained and need replacing.

The pool area is one of the best aspects of the hotel with the swim up pool bar and there is always plenty of sunbeds available (no rushing to reserve beds).

The food at the hotel was just what you expect for 3* but always plenty of variety each day. The only problem we had was choice of lager at the hotel. On our first day we were served Keo, a local beer, with our all inclusive but then the following days we were told it had ran out (all the time, odd) and then eventually they decided it wasn't on all inclusive. This was annoying for us as the only other beer on all inclusive is Leon, and it tastes disgusting!

The entertainment at the hotel was great during the day with a choice of Water Polo, Water Volleyball, Killer Pool etc. Amanda is great and does a great job getting everyone to join in. As for the evening entertainment there's not much to be honest, just Amanda and Nona who play bingo but do try their best to keep things alive.

The location of the hotel is again one of the best parts about the hotel, it is literally one side road away from the main strip and shops.

Overall, was a lovely holiday really enjoyed it, the only point is the hotel needs a refurb!!!

stayed at Antigoni 29th july-13th Aug. arrived 1am on Monday morning to be greeted by the lovely Phillip with sandwiches and drinks..just what we needed! Rooms are basic, but remember, it IS a 3*.they could do with a make-over.however, the air-con was fabulous. staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Simona, Theo and Merreck..nothing was too much trouble for these guys. The comments from other reviewers about the food are ridiculous!! EVERY day there was a choice of 3 meats, vegetarian, pizza, salad, cheeses and either chips, baked potatoes, boiled and pasta etc etc!!!! I found all the food cooked to a very good standard..nothing to moan about at all.
The pool is excellent..cleaned everyday and plenty of sunbeds!
Amanda......the entertainer.... She is absolutely wonderful !!!! she works very hard in trying to get everyone involved in the activities and to make everyones holiday happy!!! It's up to YOU to join in!! Like-wise with the evening entertainment..with the help of the lovely Nona..join in and have some FUN!!!
During our stay, EVERYBODY from Birmingham to Wales to London and Liverpool, got together to participate in playing water polo and volley-ball, we had great fun!!
It is what you make it.!

Antigoni is a lovely hotel with amazing staff on hand! The waiters and waitresses were all very helpful and were all keen to be of service. Amanda (the hotel entertainer) is very friendly, she speaks to everyone, funny, envolves everyone with the activites throughout the day and is very knowledgeable about protaras. The hotel is a minute walk away from all the nightlife, bars, shops and restarants the resort had to offer. The day time and night time entertainment was also good! The hotel restaurant had amazing food and service! I'd definitely recommend :-)

WELL WHERE DO I START, WENT TO THIS HOTEL FROM THE 1-8-12 TO 15-8-12, please listen to the bad reviews, what a absalute shambles this hotel is. went to cancel this hotel after reading the reviews and so wished i had gone to another hotel, went here as a couple.
1ST all inclusive means including many things: including many things or everything .only one beer on all inclusive was leon, taste vile, all other beer you have to pay for , also any bottled beer or alco pops you have to pay for, milkshake's for kids or adults you have to pay for , ice creams and lollys you have to pay for. slush puppys you have to pay for. your fridge in your room you have to pay for 1.80 a day. safe in your room you have to pay 40 but get ten back if you do not lose your key. any bottled water you have again you have to pay for. THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE in my eyes its being very greedy, now the food, pepole who like this food must eat a very poor standerd at home and this food must taste good to them. you get the same food all the time, they just throw it in the trys in front of you then swish it around with a spoon to mix it all in old food with new. belive me the food is not good, and i can eat anything thats normaly put in front of me. it goes for breakfast, dinner, snaks, and lunch its all bad food.
OUR ROOM, maids made our bed every day and ceand our floor, had a tidy round, but what she did forget was to change our sheets for the whole two weeks and our pillow cases did not get changed at all, we know this because of same marks on them in the same place every day. also towels did get changed twice becuse lipstick marks were gone. there was a cup under our bed when we arrived and it was yes still there when we left.. told the manager of all this mayhem and he just laghed . he does not care one bit... i could go on and on about this hotel but will let you find out for your self if you do go to this hotel. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE THIS HOTEL NEEDS BIG CHANGES,

Room Tip: higher floors no water for shower between 6pm and 7.30pm do not use this hotel
