It was probably a little longer ago than this but it just go's to show how the best memories - best holidays - stay with you for ever. This certainly one of these and we only stayed for a few days as it is quite expensive. If you want to stay at a quality hotel with quality food and quality company - this is the one for you!

Excellent location, service out of this world (never seen so many happy staff in one workplace). Cannot do enough for you. Koi bar is beautiful for lunch and drinks - great wine selection and premium drinks. Sunbed allocation is excellent - no problems to change them during your stay if you decide you want more or leSs sun. Right on the beach with watersports. Good breakfast choices. Cannot rate this enought! Lots of good restaurant and bars in walking distance. Definitely be going back next year.

Booked last minute get away with my husband without kids!!!! A first in about 20 years. Smooth check in although did have morning flight and arrrived early evening. A very relaxing hotel. Nice room with fab shower once you have master how to work it. Up graded to sea view room although side view would have been fine but smaller balcony.
Staff friendly and many younger ones from Sweden.Breakfast fab can have sparkling wine if you want. Good choice. Evening meal we opted for buffett as half board can go to Koi Bar for a la carte.
Try bitter lemons the older bar man makes a mean cocktail and I tied a few.!!!

The hotel has a Spa which is free to guests. The spa has sauna, steam and indoor pool. Jason the manager is helpful. Had a massage before I went home by Ingridia..... fabulous I felt amillion dollars and very relaxed when I walked out. Expensive but worth every penny.

Room Tip: 429 Sea View Lift near by straight down to Spa

A fantastic hotel and excellent staff, there are however some issues.
The bed was too hard for me, the food is not up to scratch and a 330 euro Champagne was served not cold enough.
The facilities and staff in the Spa were excellent.
There is also no private beach.
The main street in Protaras has too many tacky bars and poor restaurants.

We recently stayed at the Capo Bay to attend a wedding there. We could only go for 4 days as we had to take or daughter out of school to attend the wedding. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a duplex room which our daughter loved. She had her own pad downstairs, which led on to a patio with a hot tub. Meanwhile we were upstairs, in a room with the largest bed I have ever slept in and a lovely view of the sea from our small balcony. From walking into the reception area, going for breakfast and then relaxing by one of the pools or down on the beach, the hotel does not disappoint. We will definately return and plan to stay longer next time!

Room Tip: Some areas of the hotel noisier than others. Avoid the road side rooms as you can hear music from th...

We stayed at the Capo Bay Hotel 26th September 2012 for a week as we were at a friends wedding at the hotel. Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the food, the location and also the wedding itself.
Just a very short stroll to the beach via the Koi Bar or Mamma's restaurant is a perfect location for everyone, such clear safe water to swim, snorkel etc. Try para gliding with Stavros from the beach, we did and it was amazing.
Quiet and more secluded area within the hotel if you want more privacy.

Room Tip: Do ask for a quiet room when booking if you are a light sleeper, we had to change due to some late n...

We stayed and held our wedding at the Capo Bay Hotel, Protaras in Aug/Sept 2012 and I highly recommend this to anyone thinking about holding their wedding here. Beginning to end the wedding was fabulously organised, the staff were always very helpful and I really cannot fault anything about the hotel or wedding itself. They truly made this a day and holiday/honeymoon to remember.

Room Tip: If you really want to treat yourself then go for the Duplex room. This is a 2 tier room, ample spac...
