Well I,ll start with our check in, very fast, friendly and efficient. Room very nice and very clean, we sstayed in the ausonia apartments. The only bad part was we were opp the station pub and with 2 kids and we asked to be moved which was not an issue and we ended up overlooking the onsite waterpark, what a difference the kids were chuffed to bits :-)
The food was plentiful and were spolit for choice from mornig til night.
The entertinment staff made the holiday. If it wasn,t for geri and memo and the rest of the gang the hotel would be a gloomy place. My daughters adored geri and think they,d have stayed the rest of holiday with geri if I let them. I made a friend too she was the most loveliest and kind hearted person and was at her happiest when the kids were having fun in her presence. Welldone you for having the patience of a saint:-)
Thank you tsokkos hotels and one stop entertainers for making our holiday so fantastic and we would definitely return.

Room Tip: Don,t stay facing the station pub if you have kids, a bit too noisy

Cant fault this hotel at all, great location over the road from the beach, great food all day long and friendly staff who work very long hours. Even though the hotel was busy there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas available and for the kids ice cream is on tap all day long. Protraras is a 20 minute walk away along the lovely coastal path and there is a supermarket over the road if you need it. All in all we had a fantastic holiday at the Anastasia and would definately return one day. Highly recommended.

We arrived at the anastasia hotel at 11:50pm, so to be prepared we got a few drinks in as we were aware the all inclusive ran out at 12, lucky for us there was no limit as to how many drinks per person, the bar staff happily gave you a tray to help you carry your drinks, we had 3 rooms in the hotel, and one apartment, the apartment were very spacious and the hotel rooms were cleverly situated as we were all together, we didnt have a problem with the lifts as had been said in previous reviews. Maids cleaned our room everyday, beautiful, and we also made friends and became familliar with ours, Bar staff were really kind and funny, even due to their long hours, they always had a smile on their face and would always say hello, (even when we seen them in protarus, out of work hours) Food was ok, the snacks tended to be nicer than your evening meal, but there was always something for everyone! Entertainers were fab, and by the 4th day they knew your name and had you joining in everything, if thats what makes your holiday i'd definatley reccomend this hotel. The alcohol measures were very strong, but they were happy to give you a smaller measure, Mimo, greg and tony were fantastic with making us laugh, and getting to do activities, the evening entertainment was always funny, along with the bingo! I would definatley return to this hotel, thanks for a great holiday!

Room Tip: Go for a higher floor level, there is lifts, because if you chose the lower level you tend to hear more noice, especially from new arrivals..

Mixed reviews prior to our stay 26th eptember for two weeks, there was no need to worry it was freat.
Apartment - We had apartment 5408 overlooking station pub (yes it was noisy but after a funpacked day and two rather large gin fizz's we were flat out, so didnt let it bother us). Fanastic apartment, which was modern extremely clean and very spacious and well equipped.
Staff - Overall we found them very helpful and worked very hard.
Food - Good standard of food which is difficult to cater for mass produced and everyones tastes... Didnt have one bad meal, but we are adventurous and less fussy than others. Lunch and Dinner were also tasty and plenty of choice. The snacks were yes repetitive unhealthy options but you didnt need those if you had your normal three meals a day.
Bar - measures are too big hahahah tiddly on two drinks.
Waterpark - fab for us, alot quieter than the hotel pool.
Location - fantastic, approximately 2 minutes to a lovely quiet beach or 20 minute walk to protaras or 50 minute walk to fig tree bay.
Entertainment - The team worked extremely hard and daytime was great, think maybe 5 nights out of 7 they could manage the evenings as well but feel a couple of nights they could have had somenthing a little better. We sat in the lobby area of the hotel a few nights just chilling whilst the boys played pool which suited us down to the ground.
Overall a great family holiday, You make it your own so just go with it and enjoy instead of comparing or complaining about the things that dont really matter.
Go and have a fab time

Room Tip: Apartments are far superior to hotel rooms but more expensive. Take ear plugs if you dont go to bed late as you may be kept awake by nearby pubs (only a couple of them but noise till around 1am)

Just returned from a weeks holiday in this hotel. We stayed in the apartments on the other side overlooking the waterpark, they were very spacious and clean, cleaners came in every day changed towels and beds, could have been better linked to the main hotel, especially for people with mobility difficulties?
The food was very good and the waiting staff all friendly and helpful.
The Animation staff were fabulous, the gorgeous Mimo and his team made the evening shows so entertaining and funny. The only disappointing one was the dancers that were brought in from the UK?
This was our first time at the Anastasia, we had a great time and would definitely return again.
