We have stayed at the hotel many times. The food gets better each visit. Wonderful to have tradition dishes supplied at breakfast if you desired the chance to try. Staff are a asset to the team. Bar staff work very hard as well as the entrainment team. Which work long hours. Due to The collapse of Thomas Cook the entertainment staff were having to cover this hotel and Marlita. But twice a week the team joined together to perform Cabaret act's. The only complaint we had was we paid to retain late departure of room. We were given until 18:00hrs. The cleaners changed our bed and gave us a sheet to lay on top of clean bedding for next customers. This made me feel a bit worried if this had happened to us when we moved into the room?

I had a really lovely time at this hotel, really friendly staff and atmosphere to the hotel with a lovely large swimming pool. Entertainment could be better but it was OK. I would rate this hotel 5/5 but for me the food was a let down. I went all inclusive on this holiday and ended up eating out through the day and most evenings. There wasn’t much food catered to the English and food was quite bland. Snacks through the day weren’t great either. Chips were lovely and so were the chicken burgers but for me the ham and cheese toasties could be better. Alcohol was great with lovely set of cocktails. Shout out to Chris who works at the hotel he is very funny and made our holiday.

Won't repeat what I've already said before. My wife and I have stopped here once or twice a year since 2006. Excellent as usual.

The only stange thing was that during the filming of the Line of Duty Season 6 trailer in my room I was shocked to see DI Arnott jump out of the bath when an out of breath Lion emerged. Also we found out (it's a spoiler for next season Line of Duty) that the Lion was not "H". There is a rumour that the Python which was concealed in a large case will be outed as the mater criminal in series 6.

Putting an egg in the bath a la Chris Rea/Bob Mortimer was a nice touch.
