We have had a lovely time staying in Kapparis. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our comfortable stay, ranging from air conditioner to wine glasses and swimming mattress. We rented a car in Ayia Napa, so we could explore unique parts of Cyprus. We have travelled to Protaras, Limassol, Famagusta and Scarinou village. Kapparis beach is a very nice and relatively quiet area not too far away from Protaras and Ayia Napa, which is a lively centre with its numerous restaurants, taverns and cruises. I wish we could have stayed longer! We also appreciate Emmanuel's assistance and very grateful for his help.
We were very impressed by our first impressions of the apartment, even though we arrived well after dark. This apartment has absolutely everything that you would need for your stay - and then some! There is a washing machine, so there really isn't any need to take very many clothes. The kitchen has a variety of pots and pans, enough crockery and cutlery for everyone as well as a large fridge / freezer. There is a brand new halogen hob and a fan assisted oven, so if you wanted to cook a complete meal, there is everything you need.
The apartment is close to the pool but not alongside.
We didn't hire a car but managed by walking to the town and beach. If you walk out to the 'main' road and turn left, that takes you down to Kapparis main street (Kennedy Avenue). When you arrive where Kennedy turns to your right, if you carry straight on, this takes you to a man made beach where you can hire sun beds and umbrellas for 2.50 euros each for the day. Walking to the beach will take you about 25 minutes
In Kennedy Avenue there are many shops, bars and restaurants. This takes about 25 minutes too. We liked to visit George at The Twilight Bar for a Keo (Cypriot beer) and then walk across the road to Faliros for supper. The steak special for 12.95 euros was fabulous. The stuffed plaice was good as well as the speciality Kleftiko (slow roasted lamb shank...yum!).
If you want to do a bigger shop, then the Metro Supermarket is an easy walk from the apartment. Walk up to the main road and turn left towards Kapparis. Then take the first right within 100m. Look for the Church tower on the skyline- it's next to the Supermarket. It's less than a mile.
If you want to travel into Aiya Napa or Protaris, then there is a bus which picks up opposite Metro Supermarket (number 1 or 2 apparently) and does a circular route.
The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. We only ever had one other person sharing the space whilst we were there.
Emmanuel (owner) was really helpful and attentive throughout the booking process and beyond. He was always on hand to answer questions by text and I never felt that I was bothering him. He kept me updated and I always felt I could get back to him just to check arrangements. He organised our transfers and William was there when we arrived and on time to collect us for our return trip.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - definitely a home from home. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and homely apartment, enjoy walking and enjoy home spun evenings out, then this area will suit you perfectly. I will definitely be going back.
Spotlessly clean apartment, very comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay hassle free. Emmanuel keeps intouch and makes sure the booking is as smooth as possible and is very willing to be as helpful as possible. Couldn't have asked for an easier transaction!
Lovely pool area, we had it to ourselves most of the time which suited us perfectly! A car is advisable but we chose not to hire one due to personal reasons and took a taxi from the airport. There is a supermarket within walking distance which had everything we needed. There is a very limited bus service which stops next to the supermarket. You can use it to get to the beach at 10.15 or 11.15 and return back at 4pm from outside the Mellos restaurant on a 'works' bus. It's 1.50 euro each way. Or you can walk to the beach which is slow 30 minute walk each way.
Excellent value apartment.
It's a new and clean apartment which contained everything that we needed for our holidays, moreover, It has a nice courtyard where you can relax and take your coffee. We are very satisfied with our stay.
Good location if you have a hire car, many towns and beaches within easy reach. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and was homely, air conditioning worked great. Emmanuel couldn't have been more helpful, we arrived in the early hours and had trouble with access (our fault), however, he replied despite the time and put our worries at ease and stayed in touch during our stay. We stayed in the Paphos area after but would rather go this way again next time we visit, and would certainly book to stay here. Nice smallish pool area was always quiet. No Wi-Fi, no problem for me. Almost easy to think you are at a dead end road when you arrive but go to the end and look left the access is here, underground car park (lots of space and lift access) is good for keeping the car cool, there are some spaces near the apartments which at times seemed a free-for-all despite being allocated.

We liked the apartment immediately after the door is opened. Our first journey was to the
kitchen where we found really any need. Further pleased Bathrooms and its purity. Bed
linen and towels were also new.
Still I must add that a very good impression of the apartment makes its modern design.
The apartment is a stone´s throw away water and also to the city for shopping. Locates
the coverage with paid Wi-Fi signal.
I think we can evaluate only positive.
