THE MANOR GUEST HOUSE 23 Older fleet Road Harbour Highway, Larne, County Antrim BT40 1 AS, UK

SHARE AN EXPERIENCE SHARE A SMILE...I did and received so much back..

Agnus; your hostess and owner of this B&B and her staff are very welcoming and caring, making my first visit to Ireland impressive. If you are looking for a warm, friendly atmosphere, inexpensive; quality accommodation; somewhere to be thoroughly spoilt; you will enjoy being amongst the luxurious antique furniture and decor‘e of this charming period home; My bedroom was just perfect, I loved the French decor, the bed and bedding so comfortable,I awoke refreshed, after a very restful night.
Breakfast, with the other guests, was a superb, traditional Irish treat, and added extras were offered to take on my journey, very much appreciated; as were the extra treats in my room.
I enjoyed an evening stroll along the shore, I found easy access to the ferry terminal, and I was able to photograph the castle ruin close by. Easy access to the Main roads and the city shopping centre, making The Manor Guest House very easy to find.
I returned to prepare for the evening, enjoyed a hot shower, I loved the big soft towels,..a cuppa relaxing on the luxurious victorian Chaise Lounge and watching the Opening Ceremony on your user friendly TV.
I was on a driving tour of your Country, so, appreciated the safe and easy parking that was made available to me.
I am so very pleased that my journey into Northern Ireland started with Agnes, staff and guests at The Manor Guest house B&B, and with the really nice friendly people of Larne.
Kia ora..Thank you

After staying at the manor my eyes was opened to too much clutter in every room i went in.
The beds in room 7 were to close to the sloping ceiling and if you tried to sit up or turn round in the night you had to be careful not to bang your head all the time. The blue bathroom was a bit frightning to say the least. It was clean i will say that. The breakfast was not that appertising either. Sorry manor wont be staying there again.

I find it difficult to understand your review as room 7 is on the top floor of the house and is a room than is hardly ever use as it is a twin room. I have records to show that no female guest has stayed in this room this year so far. Not sure where you are getting your information - maybe my web site is too informative. Thank fully my other reviews contradict yours...

We had the pleasure of staying at The Manor Guest House in Larne. It is a classic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was unbelievable, make sure you save room for the hot breakfast!

We found a great little bakery, The Upper Crust, delicious and very reasonable.

There are a few great little charity shops to browse through. After looking around town, having a bite to eat and shopping, we came back to our car to find a parking ticket on the windshield. We did not see any signage stating a 2 hour parking limit. We tried fighting this ticket and got absolutely now where!! So although we loved this little town I will warn you to watch where you park!!
