My partner and I have been on several Sundays since January and have been pleased each time. We have just been for the evening buffet and again we were very pleased yet again, this has been our best visit yet. One thing though if you do think you will be going back on more than 1 occasion get a loyality card this is our 6th visit and only just got one.

Went here with a group of 10 friends. It was a busy Friday night but luckily we had booked a table in advance.
The choice of food was brilliant, so many dishes to choose from including crispy duck and items cooked to order from the Teppanyaki grill.
Everything seemed very fresh and didn't appear to have been sitting for long periods of time, which can sometimes be a worry in places like this. As the restaurant was so busy, the dishes were being quickly replenished.
The selection of mini desserts was also extensive and a pleasant surprise.
The only minor complaint would be the service of drinks to our table, where we often needed to ask the staff twice for drinks to be topped up, but they were very busy.

Visit the restaurant regularly and have always found the food and service to be very good. Unlike some of these Chinese Buffet places, this one actually feels like you are in a Restaurant, and not in a busy Service Station on the M1.
Granted there is no Duck during the Lunchtime Buffet, but the evening selection is very good. The lunchtime one is also good.
On our last visit, we tried the Panga, Chicken and Beef from the Teppenyaki counter. The fish and chicken were very good, but the beef was fairly bland. Much better to stick with the crispy beef off the buffet, or the sliced roast beef, also from the buffet.
If I had one complaint, and this is leveled at most of these places, it would be that the soft drinks are expensive.
It gets very busy in the evenings, so would be worth making a reservation, especially for Thurs - Sat.

Having been to my shangi on a regular bases with my 2yr old neice who has always eaten for free, we wer informed that unless we fed her from her mums plate we would be charged full price for her! When told we have never had to do that we where told to ' leave then if you dont like it'
Manager not on premises to complain and we promptley left them losing out on a group if 10's money!! . Attitude was disgusting, will not be returning!! Beware parents they do not tell you this openly and will charge you for your toddler!!
