“Teppanyaki n sushi wow”
Reviewed December 15, 2012

We went for the Grand buffet £9.95 a head. Plenty food on offer so had ducks and pancakes to start with, with freshly sliced cucumber and spring onions with some prawn crackers on the side. Could have had it with Chicken instead of duck but decided against it. Then for a sub course had a some sushi which was wondrous also. Plenty different little one and more and more fresh ones being brought out all the time. Then went onto the hot plate teppanyaki station and had some chicken which was freshly done, some big fat noodles which were the best noodles ive ever tasted - must google and find to buy, and a pork dumpling just to try. Getting quite full now so put some rice some singapore noodles and some of the standard dishes onto a small portion plate. Then dessert, plenty choices including apple and blackberry crumble and custard, creme brulee, panna cotta, fresh fruit, profiteroles, usual ice creams and cakes.
We had a Jasmine tea for drinks which was a ball that produced a flower out of it - amazing.
Nice service and even though it was busy it didnt feel like it.

“bit greasy”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

food was plentiful although a bit on the greasy side. The signs all over the restaurant were a little off putting, 'you must clear your plate otherwise you will be charged for any leftovers' was a little chiding. Wouldn't go there again.

“Back again and still great!!”
Reviewed December 9, 2012

Can't get enough of this place, cannot go wrong with the food or price! Everybody should try this place and not listen to moaning reviews! As for people complaining about the Sunday lunch, let's be honest... Granted its not the best around but their is traditional english pubs you can go to for "proper" Sunday lunch! Would you go to B&Q for a haircut???? I think not??? :-)
