The family visited the Brasserie where we were treated to Camembert or Bacon Salad followed by Fillet Steak with a Bordelaise Red Wine Sauce, 'Drunken' Rabbit , cooked in Belgium beer, Roast Spring Chicken and Perch in a White Wine and Chive Sauce
All the dishes were excellent, cooked to perfection with sauces that can only be achieved by a highly skilled chef.
We were treated to excellent white and red wines to accompany the meal together with what can only be described as the best selection of Belgium beers outside of Belgium.
Luc and Patricia are fantastic hosts who have created an excellent atmosphere that when combined with the level of cooking on offer results in a truly superb experience.
