“It will be my first & last time staying there .....”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

Very bad experiences staying there on business trip in July 2013.
- Airport pick-up staff did not show their hotel name at the airport waiting area. Been searching for their staff and calling the hotel to verify for 15 mins.
- Complaint 03 times to the receptionist on the loud/laughing voices that their staff is making outside my hotel room at 2am in the morning !!!! It took them almost one hour to resolve this "small" issue !!!!
- The hotel has very thin wall ... after the above issue, heard loud snoring from my next door .... can't sleep throughout the night. The Bed is as hard as stone. Bathroom has a fishy smell.
- Vacumn the floor outside my hotel room at 6.30 am.
- Receptionist / Hotel / Resturant Staff ; not friendly, not helpful and not flexible.
- Breakfast - food is too oily, fried noodles no taste. Ordered a dried egg, and the chef said she is not free !!!!
- Arrange for the complimentary hotel shuttle bus to airport in advance. They informed that they do not have any record. Insisted them on calling a Taxi, and waiting time is 25 mins. Just then a Taxi dropped a guest at the hotel lobby. Running out of time, request to take this Taxi instead, and the receptionist said cannot. Ignored the reception and took this Taxi instead !!!!
The attitude of the hotel staff there is absolutely unfriendly , not helpful & not flexible at all !!!!
This will be my first and last time staying with this hotel !!!
Hope the hotel management will take some corrective actions to review and to train all their hotel staff.

I stayed here for one night to catch a return flight home.

It's ok, not to bad, the hotel is not what it appears on the pictures though so be prepared for that. It's a a bit grubby around the edges and there is a musty smell to the rooms which is a big downfall for this place. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. It's a 15 minute journey to the airport and the hotel provide a shuttle service should you request it.

Overall I probably wouldn't stay again.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel while in Bangkok awaiting transit.

I selected the hotel because it was close to the airport and because of the cost, $50 per night incl breakfast and Airport transfer.

Even thought it was only a 10 minute drive to the airport and the road backed onto the runway, there was no airport noise, but i did have the air conditioning going all night.

It was a difficult time to find the airport transfer at the airport, luckily i asked all the tour operators if they knew the Miracle Suvarnabhami representative and they pointed her out, she did not have my name up on a card and when she checked the list i was not on it despite emailing my flight details and request for pickup to the hotel when booking. So if you are using them and can't find your name, ask the tour operators hanging around the door 4 or just get a cab.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was checked in by the 3 rudest receptionists. Any question, such as is the restaurant open, was completely ignored. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and checking out each others ridiculous contact lenses.

However, upon arrival at my room I was pleasantly surprised. Carpet was a bit tired, but both the room and the bathroom were immaculate and very appealing. Bed was huge and comfortable, room was well laid out and the bathroom very functional with a huge bath. there was a safe and fridge and coffee and tea making facilities.

The only thing i would suggest to the hotel is they get some decent TV channels. There were 17 to choose from but only 2 in english, 6 of the channels were Thai only, which is odd for an airport hotel, you would think they would be catering for overseas visitors.

I ordered room service the first night and the meal was very nice, came quickly and hot. I thought the 27% additional fee was a bit rich.

The hotels Spa, located in a close seperate building was excellent. I had two treatments which were reasonable priced and very nice. Try and take advantage of one of their options.

Even though the buffet breakfast had a good selection, they did not have any heating, so all the supposed "hot" food was cold and unappealing, even early at 8am. This was on both mornings.

The hotel is very isolated with absolutely nothing within walking distance. I took a taxi to a large shopping centre the first day, taxi was 100baht so not too bad and had a nice stroll around.

Second day i wanted to go to the big weekend market. Got a taxi ok and caught another back.

Taxi drivers have a lot of trouble finding the place so make sure you take a taxi card from the hotel to show the driver where they are.

There was a nice pool on the rooftop, but no where to buy a drink or something to eat, maybe room service could deliver but again the 27% extra fee was a bit rude.

Would definetely stay again for the convenience and just ignore the rude girls at reception.

Room Tip: I think the lower floors are easier to get to and from

This was the best. I arranged for a small meeting - about 30 people. We chose the Miracle. The price was very good. Limo service to and from the hotel was timely and good. The ride is only about 15 minutes from the airport. They have an exercise room available, much better than the average "two exercise machines and broken exercise bicycle" exercise room - and it is an included amenity. Two different restaurants, both with very good food (one is Dim Sum, the other is international). The included breakfast, much better than the average "american breakfast." The rooms are spacious, clean and almost luxurious. The carpets are a bit used - but given what seems to be close to a 100% occupancy rate, not unexpected. It is quite quiet in spite of the number of guests staying here.

The only drawback, for some, would be that it is not close to downtown Bangkok or most tourist destinations.

The price may be a bit more than other "airport" hotels, but worth the price. We also found the management and staff very friendly and ready to be of service. Several of the desk staff are quite capable with simple English.

There are two buildings along the same drive, we stay in the one close to the Dim Sum restaurant, but I understand the other is quite nice, too.

Elevators are small, but they do have them. Many airport hotels do not.

We stayed at the rainy/high humidity season which tends to leave a musty smell in some rooms. Using the air conditioning (a tad colder than I prefer) solved the situation.

Room Tip: Our group were all satisfied with their rooms - so I think there are no bad rooms.

The hotel is poorly maintained with rude staffs. Far from decent restaurants. Whole hotel is covered with strange smell. Staff even challenged me to complain her to her management when request was not taken care of. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a good little hotel if your looking to stay someplace before or after your big jet ride. Rooms are a little outdated, yet clean. Everything was in working order... Although I did have a little drainage problem (just slow). There's a well equipped gym on site and the breakfast was good. There's really nothing around the hotel expect for a connivence store a short walk away. The staff was nice, yet not overalls attentive. Would I want to stay here night after night? No! But for a quick rest it was perfect.

My tips: #1 - when you come out of customs ask any hotel representative for this hotel. Despite making shuttle reservations I didn't see my name. After a little asking, I got pointed in the right direction. #2- Also, there 2 buildings, so don't get thrown off if they direct you to walk down the alley to the 2nd building.... It's all good.

I booked this hotel for 1 night as I was flying to Ko Somui the next morning and needed to be close to the airport. This hotel was not as advertised. The hotel and room were poorly maintained. The level of customer service was non-existent. They advertise non-smoking, but the entire building reeks of smoke and must. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Check the A/C and smell of the room upon check-in.
