“Great crash pad”

We stayed here one night to be close to the airport. The hotel is new, clean, price-efficient. The room was actually quite lovely - not not the Best Westerns at home! It was a bit further from the airport than expected (20 minutes, just that's close enough) but definitely comfortable and nicely priced for a quick layover!!! Not the place to stay if you want to see Bangkok.

Booked this room based on reviews and proximity to airport. Hotel itself is very nice and new and comfy. It is close to the airport. But that's about it. Do no stay here if you plan to do any kind of sight seeing: it's a transit hotel, period. Also, I might just have been unlucky (although it WAS a wednesday...), but there is a bar close by that had VERY loud music blaring until late in the night. Ask for your room accordingly.

We only stayed here for 9 hours, as we arrived on a lateish flight, and needed to be up early for our flight home. Shuttle service worked well, however it's worth pointing out that they only seem to have one bus, which officially means a pick up from the airport at half past each hour, and leaving the hotel on the hour. We landed at 8.10pm so managed to get the 8.30pm shuttle service. It's therefore worth emailing them in advance in the hope that they hang on and pick you up, as they will leave without you, and you don't want to be hanging around at the airport for 55mins if you miss the bus!!

The check in was easy, you get a drink and a towel, the rooms were very nice and modern. The shower was awful though and i could have done with more than a cold trickle at 5.30am to help wake me up. Breakfast was given to us as a take away as we left so early. Consisted of a croissant, a sandwich, some fruit and a drink. Did a job, but obviously the buffet breakfast would be superior

We ate in the restaurant and the food and cocktails were very very nice, so would recommend that

i loved the place! good place to stay for transiting as it was only 15 mins by shuttle.
later that week, i had to change my return flight to the following morning, and did not hesitate to book another night to transit at this hotel again.
the airport shuttle went well. my flight was late, but the other hotel reps waiting around managed to contact the guy to pick me up and i was off in 10 mins.

This is a new hotel with a lot of things still to get right. To list all the issues we experienced would be unfair. Just leave them to get sorted out - but not at your expense.

We booked the Best Western the night before we arrived, after having spent 2 weeks staying in excellent hotels in Ko Samui and Siem Ream. As we were only going to be there for a few hours before our flight we "took a chance" on this hotel and based on the price of only €51 had low expectations of this airport hotel.

We couldn't have been more wrong. From the welcome at Bangkok airport, the complimentary shuttle service to the hotel, about 7km away from the airport, to the modern, clean lobby everything exceeded our expectations. We received a warm welcome where nothing was too much trouble. And then we got to the room, every amenity you could need at an airport stopover and much, much more. The rooms are bright, spacious and very well furnished, with excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The restaurant served some of the best western food I have had in Asia (I was riced-out) with exemplary service. My only issue was that we didn't get up in time to have breakfast before our flight.

I will definitely stay here again, and next time will give myself more time to enjoy the spa and pool. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in; it is far more than just an airport hotel.

This is a transit hotel, and if you have booked your transfers with the hotel you will do just fine because the property is just superb. The only problem...it's in the middle of a Bangkok suburb that is probably named nowhere! So don't expect to embark on shopping expeditions, or seek easy access to the Skytrain (an inconvenient cab ride away....and awful, just awful on the way back since no one seems to know where the hotel is in spite of the instructions card in Thai), or even look for local food outside the hotel. If you need to spend a few hours between flights in relative peace, in a 5-star quality room with modern amenities, and grab a bite before or after your flight, this is the place for you. The service is amazingly friendly, the hotel is wonderfully modern, the air-conditioning is entirely amenable to your control and the bathroom is very pleasant. A tip to smokers: Although the hotel accepts bookings for smoking rooms, what they mean is that you have to step out on the balcony that is attached to your room. Great value for money, though!

  • Liked — First-rate transit facility.
  • Disliked — It needs better connectivity to the city centre.
