We had an overnight stop between flights in Bangkok. As we had limited time the following day before departure we choose this hotel on account of location. It is approx 15 mins from the airport. The hotel provide a free shuttle service, which we had to email the hotel in advance to arrange. We were given clear directions as to where to meet the driver, the wear bright pink jackets which helps given the throngs of people in arrivals area. The bus runs ever half hour. We arrived at 11.45pm and we were checked into a large, clean and room perfectly suitable for our overnight stay. We were advised on check in that there is a 24hr restraunt which we availed of. Food was perfect and reasonably priced. The next day we availed of a late check out and free luggage storage by the hotel. There is nothing near by to do, but the hotel run a free shuttle twice daily one way to a local shopping centre. Reception advised us this was mostly local shops, but for approx 150Bht each way we could get a taxi to the Paradise Shopping centre and Seacon Square, which we did and found a selection of shops and food courts to pass the time. Do allow for rush hour bangkok traffic if you are on a time constraint. We then availed of the free transfer bus back to the airport. Reception staff were very helpful. Would recommend and stay in this hotel again.

If you are to stay in Bangkok for more then passing trough, then this is not the place.
Not that the hotel is not nice, but the location is, in the middle of nowhere, industrial area.
There are nothing there for you to see.
You cannot work to see anything, its an airport hotel pretty much.

Food, i did not find the food so good, just food, not bad but not good, after 2 3 meals i wished we had stayed in another hotel, and next time we come to BKK ill try another one for sure.

Room Tip: Its a really long hotel, if you get a room at the end, its a long way to the lift and to the reception or restaurant. Ask for room close to elevators/lift/ lobby! Level does not matter, just ask for rooms close to lift to lobby!

First of all, they should rename this hotel The Best Western Mosquito Hotel. Honestly, i've never seen such an infestation of this insect indoors. The lobby,hallways,lounge/bars had a serious issue with this pest. Everyone in the hotel was very stressed over this. When i asked at the desk about the issues, they laughed in my face. My friend sitting alongside me, must have had dozens of the insect flying around her head when sitting in the indoor bar.
When we took the airport shuttle (good service by the way) even the mosquitos joined us here and tormented us for the 20min run to the airport. I guess they were as happy as we were to be leaving this hotel.
The room was not bad i have to admit. Comfortable and clean.
We sat in the bar and had a drink, while quietly sitting there my chair collapsed from under me. Thankfully, we saw the funny side to this however, so did the staff, and not even a hint of an apology was given. They just, didn't, care! The service was just terrible too. At one point, i called the front desk to ask a question. Obviously they were busy there, so they answered the phone and hung up again, and they kept doing this. I understand if one is busy, but is this really the way to treat a paying customer? Customer service doesn't exist here.

The staff are not helpful in any way (with the exception of the spa staff) they were lovely and I had a great massage there.

If you have a choice, i would honestly avoid this hotel. I spend half my life traveling with work and have stayed in cheaper more basic hotels where your money mattered and you were treated with respect. This isn't the worst hotel i've visited however, to be totally blunt, its overpriced and not a pleasurable experience. Worst service ive seen in a long time.

I stayed here in January 2013 for an overnight stay between flights in and out of Bangkok. It was a 15 minute ride in a free shuttle from the airport; make sure to look for the driver inside the airport instead of dealing with a taxi. Your name will be on his list of guests arriving that day. The room was more than adequate.

The Staff were helpful and it was a good place to sleep for a night before the long flight back to UK without having to go back through the traffic to Bangkok City Centre.

Being a person who mosquitoes enjoy eating, I would have appreciated a mosquito plug in the room. We killed several in the room and there were quite a few in the restaurant in the evening and also at breakfast. Maybe the hotel could address this , as other Thai hotels seem to have found ways of doing this.
