We stayed for one night in August, the room was fine, staff very helpful and the meal was truly excellent. When we thanked the Chef he said that he was aiming for a Michelin star. He deserves it! We had local wild mushrooms, turbot, a delicious strawberry desert and 3 Normandy cheeses. The wine list is excellent apart from the lack of a dessert wine by the glass.
