Hey I lived one year in Palestine and never liked a museum like this one. Zahran has a big heart and I loved to come by and have a look at the pictures and drawings. He has also a lot of dreams and plans how to fill the place with Even more love, books and gifting talks.

The place is his own house and the way how Palestinians used to live.

Dar Zahran is a beautiful Palestinian heritage, museum and art gallery. We were welcomed by it’s owner Zahran who is very friendly and nice person. He made us Arabic coffee and offered biscuits while telling us about the history of the place and shared a great conversation.
Thanks you so much for the great experience! Highly recommended.

Zaharan was so welcoming and hospitable! He gave us tea and biscuits while telling us about the history of his beautiful family house. He also helped us with directions and was just generally a very sweet man. Thank you for the great experience, we recommend! - CAjsA and Sameer

I will not write a review concerning the building or what to see, as this is covered by other travellers.
I visited Dar Zahran during my stay in Ramallah, in June. Luckily there where not any people around, so i had the chance to dr ink coffee with the amazing owner. His hospitality made me feel like we were friends. Spent lots of time discussing about Palestine in general; he was willing to answer all of my questions (i am a curiosity freak).
This was my last day in Ramallah, and i left this house satisfied and happy!
Will surely re-visit in the near future.

Friend, wishing you all the best!
