This hotel has been said to be the best. I can't say that it is, because I have not been to any other in this area. What I will say is it ticked every box for us. My wife and I could not get one of the modern rooms as they were fully booked, we ended up in the old original building. The difference being the cost of the room, and the size of the room. If there is not a modern room available please do not dismiss this hotel as the level of service is the same. The staff are amazing, everyone of them including the groundsmen. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They all have time for you. The pool bar is the only bar but it caters for everything. There is a covered seating area for meals( the roof slides open in the evening).
