We spent two nights here last week, very helpful staff, room was quiet, clean and tidy, the wet-room facilities in the disabled room was very good. It is worth noting that some of their rooms with disabled facilities do not have a wet-room only a walk in shower or low sided bath, it pays to telephone the Inn if you require a wet-room facility.
The Beefeater restaurant next door is typical 'pub food' but the staff are very pleasant and helpful, Friday nights become very busy it is worth booking a table when you arrive.
This is a good place to stay if you are visiting Brighton, I found the right type of accommodation, (i.e. rooms with disabled facilities at a reasonable price) difficult to find as many hotels etc. were fully booked even at this time of year.

Room Tip: If you want wet-room facilities ring before you book.

First visit to this Premier and found everything excellent. We stayed 5 nights. Very quiet location and slept well. Comfortable beds and we liked having a choice of pillow firmness. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The room was kept spotless. The shower was a bit on the weak side. We think charging for WiFi these days is outdated.

My husband and I stayed in the Burgess Hill Premier Inn for 2 nights, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful both in the hotel and Beefeater restaurant. Our room was on the second floor and was clean and spacious, the king size bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a powerful shower, the large towels were soft and fluffy.
There was no noise from the corridor, adjacent rooms or from outside, my only very minor niggle was a little noise from the air conditioning, the windows don't open and I do like to have a window open when I'm in bed but it was a far better option than when we had previously stayed in the Brighton Premier Inn which was on a noisy road and it was impossible to have the window open. Also the car park is free in Burgess Hill but Brighton does not have it's own car park you have to park in the multi storey up the road.
My husband had the cooked breakfast both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed it, there was plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, wholemeal and white toast, crumpets, croissants, muffins and yoghurts, breakfast was well worth the money.
I would recommend this hotel to other people and will definitely return again when we are in the area again. Don't be put off by the hotel being on a business park the area is not ugly looking with unsightly factories around it, and is near to the A23 and M23

A very warm welcome provided by the staff.
The room is exactly as promised by Premier Inn, and I had a great night's sleep.
At check out I ordered a taxi and kept being told it was 'on it's way' and after 25 minutes I gave up and ordered my own, which arrived within 5 minutes.

The room and facilities were as expected for a Premier Inn. Good nights sleep, well priced and convenient.
The food however wasnt. Meal deal, 3 courses on the evening with a drink and breakfast for £22.49 was good value on the face of it but overcooked steak and very few prawns hiding in a mound of bitter lettuce. The breakfast was worse, the croissants were under baked.. doughy not flaky. The hashbrowns were swimming in what tasted like rancid grease and the eggs were either over or undercooked. I'd stay here again but eat elsewhere.
