I spend at least 6 months in Italy each year and have eaten in some great restaurants from Milan to Naples but never had such a dining experience as Ciambra. In fact, the best dinner I ever had in my life was at Ciambra. And, not only the food but the presentation was superb. The chief is a culinary genius.
My usual stay is in Tuscany which is a long way from Monreale, but this fall I'm flying from Florence with friends to Monreale just to have dinner at Ciambra.
