The food is excellent, but be prepared for a LONG wait. Every time, busy or quiet, it seems 40-60 mins is the standard to receive your food. Drinks are excellent and happy hour is great, but again long wait to receive them. Better to order in bulk ;) Servers seem miserable - is it like this everywhere on the island? Cheer up, you're paid to be there! Would like to see improvements to service experience and maybe some complimentary chips & salsa on the table to make up for the long food wait? When we asked for this (chips & salsa are free and standard in Mexican restaurants in Canada & the USA) we we charged an extra $14BDS on the bill. Ridiculous. The food is good, just make sure you don't have plans after because you're going to be there a while!
