A friend and I were hesitant about the trip due to the 'great' deal we got with cheapCaribbean.com. We were so pleasantly surprised with the accommodations at Coconut Court! We had a clean room on top floor (no elevator) overlooking the ocean, and good food with wonderful service at the restaurant every day. The highlight of the property is the beautiful beach with palm trees for shade and plenty of space to lounge. Our favorite spot was the beach bar with Antonio the bartender for happy hour multiple times a day. He was excellent and really makes a huge effort to ensure all of his customers are having a great vacation!

Just returned from an absolute brill time at this hotel, the staff all very friendly could not do enough for you. Teds tour is a must and a great way to see this wonderful island, plenty of rum punch and also his jokes. The caterman trip was also very good, swimming with the turtles and snorkling to see ship wrecks was a great way to spend the day. Snorkling every day at the hotel beach was aslo a great plus, Antonio at the beach bar is a absolute gem and great guy to share your holiday with. Mark , Jason and Ted are a credit to this hotel and was nice to meet them all. There is work going on at the hotel but this does not bother anybody and Jason took me and the wife to have a look at the new rooms and are very impressive. There are plenty of places to eat Oistines the fish market was my favorite.
We will be back very soon could not fault it .

We returned from our holiday on Monday morning feeling fresh and relaxed, this was due in no small measure to the staff at the Coconut Court.
The rooms at the hotel are functional and roomy, we had one with a beachside view, balcony and a very nice "rainshower" and we were perfectly happy with it. We are sure that those rooms that were being refurbished whilst we were there will be even better. Walking around the area it seemed that the hotel has one of the best locations along that coast being literally straight onto the beach.
The food was fine, breakfast was sufficient for us and on the occasions we ate in the evening the food was very nice, the burgers we had in the Blue Room (the hotels sports bar annex) was certainly a lot better than the food we had at "Bubbas" down the road. The ability to put food and drinks on your bill at the Blue Room was an added convenience for us.
The best thing about the whole experience was the excellent customer service and honourable mentions have to go to Antonio (and no he hasn't written this himself!) and Jason in the Blue Room. We travel a lot and have stayed in many places with far better reputations without receiving the quality of care these guys provided.

We rarely revisit holiday locations but if we were of a mind to we would have no hesitation in returning.

We visited mid September for about a week. While we loved Barbados and the beach, we had a Android phone go missing and cash and a credit card were taken out of my wallet when we left our stuff in the room to go to the beach. We reported the incident and were told that the hotel would look into the matter. The hotel has not since responded to our follow up requests for information.

Dear Friend, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I have spoken to our Operations Manager about this incident and he assures me that we have indeed investigated the matter and have been in contact with you regarding the missing items.
First of all I would like to apologise that this incident marred your wonderful vacation with us. We take pride in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and a situation like this is extremely unusual at Coconut Court.
The initial Duty Manager report dated September 21st. states that you thought you had packed the phone in your suitcase and asked us to let you know if it turned up in your guest room after departure. Management met with the Housekeeper and the Room Attendant on that same day and the room was thoroughly searched after your departure. The employee stated that she had not seen a phone while servicing your guest room. However, a letter has been placed on her employee file with details of the Duty Manager's report regarding this incident in one of the guest rooms assigned to her for cleaning/service. Please note that all guest rooms are equipped with a large electronic safe in the wardrobe and guests are advised not to leave unsecured valuables in their guest room.
Your email which we received when our office was closed on Saturday, September 22nd at 8:15pm advised us that you had also misplaced a credit card and some cash from your wallet. In your email you asked us to contact you if the items were found so that they could be returned to you. The Operations Manager replied to your email on Tuesday, September 24th to apologise for the incident and to advise you that we would contact you if any items were recovered. To date there have been no items recovered and at this point there is nothing more that we can do. We have questioned the employee that cleaned your room, we have filed a report on her employee file. We are sorry that this incident marred your holiday but wish to assure you that we did indeed investigate this matter fully.
Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent holiday. I hope that you will view this incident for what it was; a rare and unfortunate occurance. I hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
Best wishes, Linda, Jason, Mark and the team at Coconut Court Beach Hotel

We booked the Coconut Court Beach Hotel to celebrate our 25th. Wedding Anniversary. We stayed here from the 14th. - 28th. September 2012. Our apartment had direct access to the pool, restaurant and beach as we were on beach level, perfect!! The apartment was cleaned thoroughly and towels changed every day. I had e-mailed a week before our arrival to request an ocean view apartment and my request was noted. Not only were we thrilled with our room, there was a bottle of Champagne on ice on our arrival! Breakfast was actually quite entertaining watching the birds waiting to pick up any scraps, we also saw two monkeys jumping amongst the trees on our last day. Antonio was certainly an excellent bar-man, in fact, all the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue, the beach was beautiful with plenty of sunbeds, lovely walk along the board-walk. We certainly have some lovely memories of our Silver Wedding vacation. Thank-you. Karen & Lloyd.

Dear Friend, thanks so much for taking the time to hare your thoughts about your last visit with all of us. Happy that you enjoyed the hotel. WE do not have elevators/lifts so if you require a lower floor room then please note this on your booking or drop us a line and we will do our very best to accommodate you either on the car park level or the pool deck level. Thanks for staying with us and I hope that you will come back to stay with us another time. Sweet, sweet T&T is not too far away. Take care and best wishes to you all.

Stayed at CCBH in september for 2 weeks, well where do i start. It was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed about the work being done to some of the rooms and noise level, this didn't effect our hoilday at all and we were pleased that they let us know. We were here on our honeymoon and about 30 mins after being in our room we had complimentary champagne brought to us! We had a lovely view from our room (43) of the sea and palm tree's.
We ate a few meals at the hotel and they were all very nice, big portions and in the evening you can always go back for more if you have not had enough. They also had a few entertainment eveings which we enjoyed. A few reviews comment of the birds at breakfast, however we never had any problems with this, as long as you don't leave your food unattended they will not take it and the view while your eating your breakfast is breath taking.
The rooms were spotless from arrival to the day we left, they would clean the room everyday and you would know that they had from the lovely clean smell. I must also mention the male cleaner that was dancing and singing one morning while brushing the floor, when we left our room. It was most entertaining.
We spent a few days on the beach of the hotel where they have got free sunbeds to go with the free beach towels you get on arrival. There isn't any parasol's but lots of shade from the palm tree's. They have got a coral reef which is home to many a fish, which is great for snorkeling. We also spend many a day with Antonio in the beach bar, well what can you say about this guy that hasn't already been said! He is amazing, he never stops, works long hours and very hard. He may like to show off his tricks but he is very good at it! The man deserve's a medal!!
We also book a few trips with the activies desk, where both the woman here are very helpful and knowlegable about what to do and how to get there. We first did the catamaran cruise on Bolador, this was an amazing trip with the crew (Geoffrey, maria and chad) we swam with millions of fish and seen the shipwreck's and then stopped for lunch which was extremly yummy and then had a swim with the turtles. We also did Ted's tour and i advise anyone going to Barbados to do this tour, it was GREAT and we also picked up rum punch Ted's "Brother" who was also very knowing of the history of Barbados.
Also we managed to see baby turtles that had just hatched and then made there way to the sea, this was amazing, something we will never forgrt!
I would also like to mention Mark from the deck bar, this man managed to get me drunk on my first night by just one cocktail. Also the staff are always happy and smily and willing to answer any question you have for them.
The only bad point i have on this hoilday is that we missed our 3 year old daughter, so we will most definalty be coming back and bringing her with us.
Thank you for the best holiday

Dear Friends, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your review of your recent stay with us. It really makes us feel pleased and proud when our guests have such a wonderful time. You covered some great information in your review so thanks for sharing with us. Glad that you enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the cocktails, entertainment, the food, the beach, the shady trees, Bolador and my brother Ted's Tour. I always recommend a catamaran trip to swim with the turtles and Ted's Island Tour. The two very best things that you can do on your holiday. Ted has repeat guests that have done his tour 46 times - unbelievable! The man is too funny and it is a just an absolutely great day out. Some repeaters also do the catamaran cruise at the start of their holiday and once again at the end of their holiday - it's so good they want to do it twice! Be sure to ask for cruises with Vaida and Eliane at the activities desk because some of the cruises are better than others and they will be able to adivise you on this. Lovely to read your review and will look forward to seeing you both along with your daughter here at Coconut Court really soon again. Congratulations to you both on tieing the knot. Love is in the air! Best wishes, Linda, Jason, Mark and the CC team!
