There is a huge choice of restaurants in St Florent but there are none that can be compared to this one (top floor-different from 'normal' brasserie downstairs). The chef is a local, who loves to experiment and has discovered incredible combinations of taste. His recepies are unique and the quality of the ingrediants he uses is prime. The prices may seem high but it will be hard to manage to get to the end of the various degustation menus. I've tried all and although each course may seem 'skimpy' at the end of the meal you will be more than satisfied and wouldn't fit a single pin, all without feeling stuffed and heavy.
Atmosphere is extreamly romantic.
