Dragut was a famous Muslim pirate in the 16th century who attacked Cullera in 1550 and used this cave. Dragut was a protégé of Barbarossa and he died in 1565 during his attack of Malta. The cave is now a museum that is about pirates. There is a display of weapons used in fighting from that time. There is a reproduction of a brig that pirates used to attack cities. There are maps and historical documents that were used during past times, and there are models of persons wearing typical dresses.
There is a light show with sound in the museum at the end of the tour.
