Called in at 2:20pm, they were kind enough to continue serving which was good. We had some tomato bruschetta and some flat leaf parsley ones, both very fresh and good. A salad of tomato and cheese was fine. So was a penne pasta with chef's ragu sauce. Less good was a rather dry spaghetti with bland meat sauce. An off menu order of cheese omlette took a long time to come, but was good (rather too salty). This meal with a bottle of still water was 50 Euros, which was good value. They don't take card payment, but there is a bank 100 yards away. This is a basic roadside cafe with closely spaced tables, friendly service and easy parking close by.
