We have booked all the 7 rooms for an anniversary weekend with friends and spend an amazing time!! The Event Manager Audrey was extremely patient and helpful during the preparation time.
The estate is beautiful, with very special atmosphere, individual room designs and very yummy breakfast. It is important to mention, that the restaurant (which got some mediocre ratings here) is a separate business. We had a group dinner there and whereas after some organizational issues it was alright, there are better places to eat in Gruissan. However, the view and interiors are stunning, not to mention really good wines from Chateau itself.
It is located a bit on the side of Gruissan, in the middle of vineyards, zone of tranquilly, inviting for pleasant walks on the surrounding hills. However, it is not far if you want to go to the old town, beach or for kiting session. Very close to the Balneo spa & pools place.
Do not miss the guided tour of the vine yard and cellars. Extremely professional, sharing really interesting facts about wine production, it was definitely a highlight for many of our guests. The boutique with wines produced locally is open all day long, it is highly recommended to do some shopping there before leaving.More
