We stayed in Chalet 93 from 22nd October. The chalet was very clean - a little dated, but comfortable. The only issue we had was the heating. The wall heater seemed to shut itself off very quickly even though the room wasn't up to temperature. The onsite chip shop was very good, the staff were very friendly. My 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed the foxy show. The beach is nice and close by - 2 minutes across the road, so all in all a good experience

It's such a shame that you did not ask the maintenance team to repair your heater. Obviously, we would have not been aware because that sort of fault can only be found by spending time in the unit.

We really hope to see you again in the near future.

We stayed at Sandy Glade for 3 nights, we stayed in a Gold Chalet which was basic but clean and we heard no noise even though we were right near the main amenities. The swimming pool is a really good size and not too deep for children. The entertainment was pretty much what you expect from a holiday place like this. It's a great location if you want to explore the local area as lots to do and right near a beach. Will consider coming back.

Peace and quite even on the main road, service and freindly staff helpful on all questions.
Entertainment excellent. Would recommend this resort for pleasant stay. Close to local amenities and other resort parks. access to beach is adhjacent to the main road and extends from burnham to weston super mare. Local busses stop directly outside the park and go in both direction.

After a very dissapointing stay in June we have just returned from a 3 day break in Gold accomodation which was given to us free of charge by the management of the park.
The chalet was much more up to date than the silver chalet we stayed in in June and was very clean.
We will in all probability stay here again as we like the area very much but would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here to upgrade to Gold from Silver as the difference in standards for only an extra £20 - £30 per break is huge and is well worthwhile.

The park itself is very clean and the staff seemed pleasant.

just got back park was very clean but the caravan which was silver was poor no heating in the bedrooms or the bathroom at to buy long matches to light fire and tv was a old tv/video 12" portable, seats where ripped, and dirty in places. have been with john fowler before but would say during closed period some investment needs to be spent on the accomadation

Room Tip: go for a chalet or try gold caravan
