The hosts Mark and Steve were absolutely charming. Nothing is to much trouble. Cannot think of a down side to this lovely guest house. Food was delicious and plentiful, rooms were spotless and so relaxing. Swimming pool, which I tried out was refreshing, clean and like a sauna....invigorating. The garden outside is well kept and an abundance of flower pots in bloom, seating to sit and read if you wish to. Overall it was the right choice for us, and we will stay there again thank you Mark and Steve. barbara and Eddie

We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding in the region. Rooms are fantastic; clean, modern and well appointed. The overall building is charming, and the indoor pool (although we didn't get to use it) was a great addition.

Nothing is too much trouble for hosts Mark and Steve, and they cook a delicious breakfast - the perfect start to the day!

Would thoroughly recommend this B&B to anyone. The business is a true credit to its owners and a shining example of how a B&B should be run.

My wife and I had 3 Australian friends with us who had never stayed in a B&B before ( they said they had always stayed in hotels because they didn't like the thought of intruding in someone's home ) BUT St Aubyns has changed their minds , from the welcome we received and help with luggage ,to the superb rooms we had and comfy beds and the breakfast, well, our friends were absolutely won over, couldn't believe the standard of the whole place, the friendship that was given and the good conversation at breakfast was well appreciated. Our friends thought St Aubyns was better than some hotels they had stayed at, and the tourist board should put it at the top of their list, what else is there to say when St Aubyns can give so much pleasure to overs sea's visitors,

Spent 2 nights in lovely family room with daughter- in- law, twin 2 year olds and 10 month baby. Mark and Steve were the perfect hosts and were very accommodating for our little family. It was the boys first real holiday and we couldn't have gone to a better place. The kind leaving gift to the boys very much appreciated and kept them quiet all the way home.Thank you so much and we wish you all the very best for your continued success with StAubyns , Lyn, Helen, Jack, Charlie and Freddie.31st May-2nd June

Decided on an overnight stay in Burnham and picked St. Aubyns Guest House for our stay. We received a very warm welcome and our room was immaculate - spotless is an understatement. We was allocated a family room although there was only 2 of us which was beautifully decorated - in fact the whole Guest House is beautifully decorated throughout with the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool. There is plenty of parking spaces and only a two minute walk to the seafront. Beds were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep.

Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am with a great choice from the menu and you could also help yourself to juice, cereal, toast and preserves. Breakfast was excellent 5/5 for presentation and service.

Steve and Mark are great hosts would highly recommend their Guest House and would stay there again. Keep up the hard work guys :-)

Room Tip: We had Room 2 which is a large family room which can sleep 5 :-)

We received a very friendly welcome. We liked the allocated table for breakfast and the fact that toasters were available so that you didn't have to keep ordering more toast. Our room was clean and the owners replenished the tea and coffee supplies each day. We liked the firm and comfortable bed. There was ample car parking. The location was excellent for exploring the local attractions. If we ever decided to revisit the area we wouldn't hesitate to book into St Aubyns again.

Room Tip: We had room 4 which had a 4 poster bed. The view from the window was acceptable but nothing special...
