Absolutely recommend to stay here. The plan was to stay there for 1 night, but stayed 2 as we loved it there. Beautiful rooms with ac, minibar, panoramic windows overlooking the vineyards, amazing view, great swimming pool, tasty restaurant, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice location. Close to a number of osterias. Just perfect!

I spent 4 days at Salis house with my wife and another couple. We booked the Dew and Prosecco rooms, which were beautifully decorated, clean and modern. Service is attentive and welcoming, and breakfast was great (european + cooked eggs).
We had lunch and dinner once at the Salis restaurant, which is one of the best in the area. Another very good option for food is the nearby Garbara winery, which offers a great al fresco dining experience (weekends only) - try their limited production of Cartizze prosecco!

The pool at Salis is more than enough (the hotel has only 4 rooms). The view is to die for.

A short walk from the hotel you have lots of wineries which will open their doors to let you try their prosecco ... free!

In summary: just perfect. We will go again next year.

We stayed for one week in June with our baby in the Salis house in the daybreak room.
The room had a modern bathroom , nice use of wood all-round and an awesome view over the vineyards.

All staff has been super friendly and helpful all the time and has really made an effort to accommodate to our baby and our requests for local information.
Aside from the wines, this region is excellent for a cycling holiday with some interesting mountain passes close-by.

the restaurant attached to the hotel is fantastic quality and good service.

we hope to come back

Thank you Maria & team for the wonderful stay!

This June, my family traveled throughout the Veneto and our whirlwind came to a perfect close at Due Carpini. Words cannot express the absolute beauty of the setting. It was breathtaking at every turn. We love Prosecco and were very interesting in seeing its origins. There are a vast number of producers all within a short distance (many open by appointment only or on weekends) and the staff at DC was very helpful offering to set up visits, suggesting restaurants, etc. They do have their own restaurant at Salis, the main building. It has upscale local food and wine in a modern setting. Their terrace is perfection. Though, too chilly to use on the night we dined with them.
The breakfast at DC was very nice. Typical local meats and cheeses, but what stood out for all of us was Elisabeth's homemade jams. There were 8 choices and each excellent. She was very kind, made us delicious espresso and treated us as a guest in her home. We took 4 of the 5 rooms and felt we had our own little house perched on a hillside. After the grand villa we had been staying in, it was a cozy, peaceful retreat. The rooms are very nice...clean and modern with a few antiques. Bathrooms are nicely updated. They have installed a covered terrace a few yards from the house, overlooking the valley and vineyards. A perfect spot to sample the wonderful wines produced there. A wonderful place to spend a few days.

Room Tip: The top floor room is very romantic. The main floor room is quiet and easily accessible for those un...

We stayed in a room in the Salis house, which is the newly built part. The room was beautiful, with a fantastic panoramic window overlooking the beautiful Prosecco growing hills; although a bit small; also, the bed is not really big for two adults.
breakfast was very nice, local cheeses and cuts, fresh pastries, yogurt, juices...
The breakfast room was inside, I don't know if there is a place where they can serve breakfast outside, which would be nice, if the weather allows it (it was too cold when we where there).

They have a little sauna an steam bath downstairs, which is quite nice, but over prized for what it is (190 euros per night, if you use the sauna and pool, 130 without). Also, they offer massages, but unfortunately not on Sundays which is a real drawback. I suppose, they have many weekend guests who'd love to have a massage on Sunday, just like we would have.

Dear Guests,
thank you for your visit and for your review. We are happy you liked our house and our service. Of course our guests can have breakfast on the outside terrace with view when the weather is fine and warm and I hope you will have the chance to visit us again with better weather and be able to enjoy pools and panoramic breakfast!
The spa is open on sundays and we normally do massages and treatments on sundays. Unfortunately, when you visited us, the beauticians were both attending a professional course. This is to give our guests always the best possible service!

I felt like I was in a movie set staying at this lovely "tourist farm." Our room, "Prosecco" overlooked miles of vineyards and picturesque small villages with the requisite church bells chiming at odd hours. Maria (the owner) immediately made us feel at home and handled our request for hypo-allergenic pillows, and after-hour lift access quickly and innovatively. Her staff, went out of their way to be accommodating. Best scrambled eggs I have ever had; the homemade jams and bread were fabulous and the room was spotless. The restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious food and again kind, energetic young staff who so obviously care about making your stay memorable. The only problem we had was a late night group at the restaurant (our room overlooked the bar) having a fun and loud time--they quieted immediately when asked. Location central to Asolo, Bassana del Grappa, Treviso, as well as the Prosecco route, which we drove, sampled and happily bought. You will have a wonderful time.

Room Tip: Only saw the rooms in the Salis building--all have incredible views and are decorated warmly and cre...

We just showed up hoping to find accompdation. Sure enough, from the very begining, we realized that the staff here was simply superb. Picture perfect **with paper thin walls** this place proved to be everything that we wanted. Breakfast is second to none! Did i mention that this hotel is also a high quality spa? Look no more!

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
The "Due Carpini" tourist farm lies in the heart of the Cartizze production area. The small town of Santo Stefano is an important point on the "Prosecco DOC route" that extends to various towns from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano. We have two types of rooms in two different buildings that are connected by a small scenic path among the vines. The building, with the 5 "Due Carpini" bedrooms, was once the old house of the farmers who worked the Cartizze vineyards. All rooms are fitted with all the luxuries for a relaxing holiday: satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini bar, free wi-fi connection and bathroom with blow-dryer. Moreover, there is a beautiful view of the hills and vineyards from every room and you can relish the calm and silence of this corner of paradise. The belvedere terrace, furnished with chairs, deck chairs and tables, is a beautiful place to relax. Our sitting room with tea, coffee, books and information regarding the territory is available to all our guests. Built in the "SALIS" ROOMS are in an even more scenic and isolated position. They too were obtained from the restructuring and expansion of an old building that now includes a wellness centre with pool. All have larch hardwood flooring, air conditioning, a mini bar, a satellite TV and they are all connected to the wellness centre with a lift. The wellness centre offers SAUNA, STEAM BATH, CHROMOTHERAPY, KNEIPP MASSAGE on natural stones from the Piave River and a relax area. The deck-level OUTDOOR POOL, in a splendid scenic position, with wood-tiled solarium which completes the guests relaxing experience far from confusion and crowds. The heated WHIRLPOOL (in winter), easily accessible both from the rooms and wellness area, pampers you and allows you to enjoy the enchanting setting even in the coldest temperatures. ... more   less
