Chalets hmmm...more likely call them huts. When we booked my my partner who has hip and knee issues stepped on the second step which gave way, and he fell on his back which was lucky was on the sand. The young men who were around just stood around and laughed and the taxi driver who had drop us off and myself had to help him up. Not the best start to a stay.
The plus to this place is that it's so close to the beach, the air conditioner and fan both worked and it had a flushing toilet. Down side ( both live able down side) no hot water, no shower head and little cockroaches in the bathroom at night.
The location is worth the down side and if I wanted something better I would had booked into one of the bigger hotels and paid a lot more.
Oh and the step was fixed the next day.
Around the road is a shop where you can book bus tickets etc which is run by a lovely helpful couple
