Me and my fiance stayed here for 10days in July and we had an amazing time. The hotel was beautifully maintained inside and out, and the staff was very polite and friendly. The all inclusive package was great, the food and drinks were top notch. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

Had a 11 night stay here in June and it was lovely.......Being just outside of Kos town (15 min stroll) means it's a peaceful relaxing place to be. The pool and surrounding area is very well maintained and a pleasure to relax in.

The food is very good with a great variety of meals from day to day.

The staff are very good and really helpful especially on reception and the bar staff.

I would really recommend this hotel if you want to have a truly relaxing stress free time.

Room Tip: Away from the pool area.

We just spent a week in Gaia Garden and absolutely loved our time there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any time we had questions or needed help, the staff were immediate in their response. We thought the loaction in Lambi was perfect because it was not in the center of Kostown. It only took us 10 minutes by bike to reach the center of Kostown. Gaia was quiet at night and the perfect place to relax (poolside!) during the day. Make sure you bring your own beach towel and get out to the pool early to reserve a spot for the day! The food selection was really very good and there were many Greek and non-Greek options at every meal. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough. Our room was at the end of the complex and we thought that was a good thing since the closer to the pool area the louder the music. We actually really enjoyed the music selection they played though! There were just a couple of issues we had with the hotel. First, the wireless connection at the hotel was spotty. We were never able to get reception in our room or in the open-air dining area. The satelite TV that was supposed to work in our room didn't work at all. Both of us thought the beds were hard and the pillows were too flat. The bathroom was prone to minor flooding, but a simple change of the shower curtain probably would have fixed that issue. Renting bikes (or scooters) is a must if you want to get around easily (walking into town would have taken about 25 minutes) Bike rental (summer 2012) was only 3 euro per day. An incredible value! The beaches that are close to the hotel are very rocky and not very inviting. However, if you are willing to take a 40 minute bike ride, you can find very nice and sandy beaches in Tigaki. It was well worth the effort to get there. We also really enjoyed a day trip to Bodrum, Turkey. But be warned, it is HOT! If you don't enjoy shopping, it might not be the trip for you. Further, we visited a Petrino Restuarant in Kostown (off the beaten path!) our last night and thought it was fabulous. Definitely recommend a visit there! We would definitely stay again at Gaia Garden if visiting Kos again.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back of the complex are quieter but may not have wireless access.

having read most of the reviews of this hotel i decided to give it a go as said in the reviews there is not of English people at this hotel but we didn't find this a problem as most spoke good in English anyway what we did find is there is not much choice on the all inclusive bar ouzo brandy red and white wine and there local beer we soon had to discover a new drink which was brandy and sprite having payed all inclusive if we hadn't we would have soon run out of money as we like a good drink, the resident DJ however is something to talk about he only seems to bother about the young generation and not play music that is varied an suitable for all ages pool spotless rooms clean food basic but you could always find something to eat , and the bar staff were friendly and polite we especially goy on with rubbie as she always had a smile for you overall nice hotel pleasant staff good suroundings easy walking distance to town and the manageress quite helpful but for a coupl of 50 year olds could of had a bit more entertainment at night

Returned yesterday from a two week stay at the Gaia Gardens. The all inclusive package was good (buffet selection suited all tastes but be warned that only local spirits are included in the price - no vodka or gin!). However, the cocktails are to die for and very generous for 5 Euros. The staff were extremely friendly and responded immediately to anything that was asked.

Be aware that this hotel is set in lovely gardens and you will find a few inoffensive beasties lurking around - the hotel provided us with free mosquito plug-ins.

The location is perfect - quiet and an easy walk into Kos Town. Nice relaxing bars around too. I recommend a visit to Zia and have a meal in the lovely restaurants around there watching the sunset.

In the evenings the bar usually played lively music until after midnight - although we did stay up much later than than usually.

Thanks to everyone at Gaia Gardens!

Room Tip: Ask for a room near the tennis courts to avoid the noise at the bar. I had room 83 which was a nice...

Just returned a couple of days ago from Kos, staying at Gaia Garden Hotel. The food was fine ( although the teenagers werent so keen ) with lots of choice of local, nice and reasonably healthy food. The rooms were basic but decent, and kept clean each day.

The staff were excellent, really looking after everyone and making all feel welcome, and I think they really make the experience. The all inclusive drinks were fine, and as others have said the staff were very generous with it aswell. The occasional evening events helped get all the guests socialising from all over Europe ( we met British, German, Italian, Danish Austrian and more people.

Many of those we met had been to the Gaia Garden Hotel one or more times before, and I thinks this speaks volumes.

Just back from spending a week at Gaia Garden. The hotel is really nice with welcoming and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. It is very clean and set in lovely gardens. The food was really good with enough variety, but not overwhelming, like some all inclusive buffets. The room was nice and clean with good aircon. Shower was a bit hit and miss with the temperature, but as it was so hot outside, a cold shower wasn't too bad. We hired bicycles directly accross from the hotel and found this was a great way of seeing the island and getting a tan at the same time. The only critisism would be the poor selection of alocholic drinks on the all inclusive package, but that would not put me off going back to this hotel again. We had a great holiday!
