We arrived on Thursday 26th September late and were immediately impressed by the fact the restaurant had been kept open especially for guests that had just arrived. The layout and facilities in the hotel were great along with the very friendly and welcoming staff. A special mention to Ali Baba head of animations who should have his own TV show!!! Effie and Olga at the pool bar along with Giorgos who runs customer relations. Now to the best bit we had our wedding ceremony at the chapel in the hotel grounds on Wednesday the 9th if October. The ceremony was beautiful and better than we imagined. Giorgos made our wedding by providing us with our own villa with a private pool and allowing us to use the brilliant a la carte restaurant. He also dropped us a bottle of his personal finest into our room for when we got back. We had a great evening in the hotel and would recommend this hotel for holidays and weddings to anyone. We are happy to have had the privilege of sharing our special day with such great people. Thank you to everyone concerned!

Room Tip: Junior suites are very nice for couples, Family suites are very good and spacious and the villas are...

We went out for a family wedding which was getting held at the hotel chapel.

We arrived on the Thursday night and the first impressions where excellent. They even kept the all inclusive restaurant open late so we could eat when we arrived. We where shown around the hotel Aris the restaurant manager who was extremely helpful and welcoming. Then we arrived in the rooms and they where also excellent. Spacious, bed was comfy, it had a bath and a shower separate, the toilet could be used as normal and the balcony had a bed on it too. Like I said the hotel was excellent, the rooms were nice, food was good, everywhere looked excellent. However it was the extremely nice staff who made it a holiday I won't forget.

Jorgos Doukakis the Public Relations Manager was there to do everything he could to help and to meet our needs even upgrading the bride and groom to a private villa for the last 3 days and becoming good friends with our family by the end. Then the animation team (Ali Baba, Olga, Zak, Aneta and Tana) where excellent. Just a shame the the latter three had to go home the first week. However Ali and Olga kept things running and where excellent and friendly throughout. Then the waiters in both the a la carte and the all inclusive restaurant where brilliant. They couldn't have been any friendlier. They where all good but Anna, Metej, Erikson, Giorgo, Suster and Deac where extra brilliant. They provided an impeccable service every time we were in either of the two restaurants. Then the bar staff Effie, Olga, Tarata, Vangelis and Ciprian where also very friendly, nice people, very helpful and excellent at their jobs. Then there was Bill the barman/waiter who wouldn't let you go up to buy drinks and would insist that he brought the drinks to you as it was your holiday. He would even bring them to you room without you asking. He was a nice man, would chat about football or something to you. They all made you feel like you didn't have to do anything. All the staff speak excellent English even the Dutch reps (cheima) for neckerman club and Thomas cook. Then there was the chef Manos who would cook and grill the meat in front of you. He was an amazing cook and could make meat I don't even like taste so good. He was also very nice and would get a good conversation going with you whilst getting your meat.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone its brilliant. As with all holidays its the people who make it not how good the place looks. This place has both and is why its so good. Its the nicest hotel in Kos with the best staff. Couldn't get any better really. The only problem is the location but every hotel in Kos has the same problem there is nothing on the island. However everything you need is in the hotel or the supermarket next door which is cheap and run by a very nice family who had shut the shop but opened it up again so we could buy bottled water.

Room Tip: Junior Suite, Family Suite or Villa

Ignore critical reviews of this hotel - it is excellent and surely one of the most luxurious hotels in Kos. I stayed here for one week with my family on all inclusive basis and what great value for money! The hotel itself is beautiful, large and spacious but not intimidating. There are 4 pools (beautifully kept and clean might I add) to choose from including a children's pool with slides (and playpark too!) 2 quieter pools and the main pool in the centre of the hotel. There's always entertainment available if you want it, but if you prefer something a bit quieter then there are lots of areas in the hotel to relax, so it really does cater for everyones needs.

The food is fantastic - there's a different style of cuisine everynight, some nights had french style food, some nights had italian and other times mexican, but there's always enough choice that you can find something to suit you. The deserts are lovely and everything is presented beautifully.

We stayed in one of the suites which was great! Really modern and without a doubt one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. There was even a kind of outdoor terrace/ balcony which had a double bed outside meaning that you could sunbathe in privacy or just relax after a day of exploring the island. One night I even fell asleep on the bed outside which goes to show just how relaxed you feel!
The only slight criticism I have of these rooms is that whilst in the shower, a little water can escape under the door making the floor by the toilet a little slippy but I'm just being picky it wasn't a huge problem. The layout of the rooms is beautiful, chic and modern.

All the staff were so friendly and really took the time to speak with the guests which I liked. Special mention to Giorgios the guest relations man who really takes an interest in the guests. You will always find him rushing around the hotel and he really goes the extra mile for people. On my birthday I was surprised to find a bottle of wine in my room which was a lovely touch. Also a mention to Sandy, one of the girls at reception. She always had a smile on her face and is so friendly and welcoming.

Location of the hotel is a little bit outside of the town but there's a bus stop right outside of the hotel which is useful. This cost just over 1 euro and dropped you dead in the centre of Kos town itself. Shops aren't brilliant - mainly tshirts with slogans and touristy bits and bobs but it's a nice town, everyones friendly and the harbour itself is lovely - particularly at night when it's lit up.

Have already started looking at booking a holiday here again next year. Would recommend this hotel and all staff who work there. (Octobers a lovely time to go too as the island is a little quieter and less children!)

We booked a week all inclusive for the last week in September and we loved this place. We travelled with our little boy and we were thrilled to have a beautiful modern stylish 2 bedroomed suite which had a fridge, 2 showers, 2 sinks, a bath, 2 TVs, 2 double beds. The balcony was large with table 4 chairs and a huge day bed and we overlooked the main pool.
At night we heard some noise but it didn't disturb us.
Hotel has 4 decent sized pools and we never had to reserve sun beds in fact there were beds until 11am at the main pool the big kids pool was more or less empty even though there was children staying at the hotel.
Food was very nice and the staff were very good you always had a drink before your meal, on the whole all the staff were good although a few of the bar staff during the day were pretty miserable. Entertainment wasn't great but the team tried so hard especially Ali Baba who likes to dress up as Spider-Man and do aqua gym.
We went into Kos town every other night only 2euros for all of us on the bus and it took 5 minutes. It's beautiful and we had some gorgeous meals in the picturesque greek restaurants. We are definitely going to return !

My wife & I stayed here Sat 28th to Oct 5th.

We arrived late to a welcoming reception desk. The process of checking in was nothing out of the ordinary & our bags were delivered to our room by the time we got there. We walked from reception to our room so as we could tour the grounds on route. Initial thoughts were WOW

Those initial thoughts did waiver ever so slightly over the course of the week though not for anything dramatic (double sun bed covers were ripped & pool area wasn't always made up after wind & rain through the night) Personally I would put this down to end of season approaching & not a reflection on the hotel on a whole

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly in our experience. But I'm a firm believer in treating people how you wish to be treated & not just think you can talk to staff how you wish just because your on holiday & they are just there to pamper to your every request

Rooms were great. We had a self catering room which delivered more than we expected with a balcony overlooking the pool. Beds were a bit hard but there's no bed like your own!

Location suited us perfectly as a couple in our early 30's. We hired bikes at a cost of 3euros a day each to ride into town which took approx 10mins. Then in the evening we would get a taxi in & out of town to eat & drink at a cost of 8euros each way. All very reasonable we felt. You could walk it & I would envisage that taking approx 30mins! 2 places to eat we would highly recommend we're Sunset snack bar & Blue Phoenix. These were situated about half way into town so a lot closer in travelling distances though taxis were always 8euros

We have been back less than a week & have rebooked for early June next year so that says it all In my opinion. We would strongly recommend this hotel

This was out second visit to this hotel. We were there last year at the same time. Well what a difference a year makes. It really was not a good start. We were given a basement room upon arrival or should I say a dungeon prison cell. The room was quite frankly disgusting. We had gone self catering. There was no microwave in the room, there was no kettle. The room was dingy, the bathrom window had been broken and a sheet of flimsy polythene covered the broken glass panel. The phone did not work. So at 2 a.m. in the morning I had to trail back to the reception to tell them I wanted another room. Apparently the hotel was full and it took 2 days in this horrible room before another one became available. Not acceptable. We did not want anything more than we paid for but we had paid for a Studio with a balcony The only outside space underground I may add was a grotty table on the walkway. No privacy whatsoever. Eventually we got another room which was fine and similar to the one we had last year. I have never seen such a grotty room for allegedly 4* accommodation. We will not be back as the whole place is now starting to go downhill. The rest of the trip was okay but we did not find it relaxing at all between the loud music at the bar area and no quiet pool area. So beware of the basement rooms folks they are disgusting.

Room Tip: Do not accept the grotty basement rooms they are an joke.
